I came here with my wife and two children. I spent 35,000 points to stay here. I was then charged an additional 11,000 ¥ for my two children. We then head to the pool. My son is a great swimmer but can't swim in the deep pool because he is not 10. They can't play with the rolling balls and... More

I had a wonderful trip to Okinawa! Was beyond what I expected, the whole family had fun. The hotel exterior seemed a bit weathered and needs a little TLC. The rooms are very large and fairly nice but the first one stank badly of smoke even in a non-smoking floor and was not cleaned well (found hairs on bathroom floor!).... More

I've read other reviews about this Resort and sometimes feel as if people need to put themselves in the place of those who work hard to make your stay comfortable. Planning ahead, we realized that we'd need a rental car and would be driving at least 1 1/2 hours to get to our hotel. It's a BEAUTIFUL drive. All of... More

Thank you for staying with us for your recent visit to Okinawa. We all appreciate your heartfelt feedback and are overwhelmed by your kind words. As for the missing scarf you have mentioned in the comment, we checked in our “Lost and Found” but unfortunately it wasn’t found . Once again, we thank you for taking your time to write... More

Hotel location is kinda away from the airport. It took us two hours to get there. But same time, if you want to enjoy countryside quietness - this hotel is for you. Hotel have own beach with good service. Staff is very good (when they understand you)... :) Just be patient and slow. Rooms are big. Super View out of... More

I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was great! you can enjoy American or Japanese style. you need a car since this is a beach town. not near Naha, which is the main city and near the airport. most of the battle and memorials are in the south. take the expressway to get to the hotel. cost about 1000 yens

Firstly, let me be clear that the staff here are extremely helpful, and thankfully for me, their English is very good, so 5 stars for them. However, the resort itself fell some way short of my expectations for the following reasons: The pool was not clean, with lots of debris in the bottom. Food and drink was not allowed by... More

First rate location. First rate staff, very helpful (extra towel, child slippers, child pyjamas, and same for my friends next door. No problem). The breakfast was adequate, but there is no way to get a sunny egg. The omelette man has a bowl of stirred eggs ready for his omeletts, but no un-cracked eggs. Disappointed. The pool slide is for... We spent six night here and can say that this was a poor choice for us. The demographic of this hotel is 80% young families with most children under the age of five. Therefore noise and yelling everywhere and the major meal spaces are chaos. There is no eating or drinking near any of the pools so the adult concept... More

What a FABULOUS property. I've stayed here several times and it only gets BETTER! If you are on the Executive floor and try to check in at the front desk, they whisk you away to the 14th Lounge where a gentleman behind a big wooden desk rises, bows and summons his assistant to bring fresh Guava Juice as he offers... I have been excited and satisfied with this hotel, facility and accomodation, hospitality. There is pool(Inddoor, Outdoor), Spa, Fitness. Also, I stayed at Excecutive floor since I am Gold Elite and each presentation(Breakfast, Cocktail & Happy Hour) is related with local Okinawa(Shimanchu) taste. Hotel staff (Yukarishi)'s clothes are very attractive and it made me feed "Special Japan". I will be... More
