Wonderful location by the famous turning bridge with hot spring. Tatami floors were so old and squeaky when you walk. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was a bit annoying to be asked what time we will be eating or what time we will be back in inn. Breakfast was excellent but they only had one set of Japanese... More

This traditional Japanese inn sits rights at the foot of the picturesque Amanohashidate land bridge . The hotel is right off the main shopping street on its side of Amanohashidate and is close to tourist shops and restaurants. From the outside the ryokan looked deceptively simple but the interior was beautiful and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Being located by the Amanohashidate bridge, it is convenient for walking through the pine-lined sand bar across the Miyazu Bay. The food was exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented.
