Overall our stay in Zao Shiki No was pretty nice. Onsen was good, meals was of very good quality and staffs were nice and could speak english too. We were staying in a western room. It was small but enough for us. Hotel is about 5 to 8 mins walk from the cabler car. Nothing bad but nothing special too.
