As many said' one of the best place I've stayed too. Everything was perfect, staff really lovely even if they'e not fluent in English, they are very helpful and friendly. The onsen in thehotel is really nice, 2 baths inside and 2 outside. A lot of products provided (for women at leasr, i don't know about me section): soap and... More

This is one of the best place that we stayed in our trip to Japan. Although a bit away from the main Onsen-road and canal area, they have regular shuttle cars and mini-buses to station and the main attractions. The ryokan reflects the true spirit of simplicity with flawless service. From the reception at the railway station to moving your... More

Our first time in Kinosaki-cho. An awesome experienced wearing Yukata walking 🚶 around the little town. Onishiya Suishoen was a great place to stay. The staffs were friendly & helpful. However, many of them can't speak English well. Anyway, there's not a big issue at all. We booked a normal room on the second floor. Lucky 🍀 for us, we... More

I only got to spend a night but I loved this hotel! I plan to spend at least 3 nights on my next visit! Lovely friendly staff, beautiful room and view. Food was amazing (we had dinner and breakfast served in our room), lovely public bath. Was a longer journey than I envisioned from Osaka, but I will plan my... More

We were escorted from the rail station via free shuttle bus (look for someone wearing an information tabbard) and were greeted by the very friendly and willing to help staff. Only problem was poor english but most of the tourists here are Japanese also, and with a bit of sign language and repetition you could get your point across ok.... More

This was easily the nicest hotel I stayed in the whole 2+ weeks in Japan. It was also the most expensive, but even taking that into account this place really is great. The whole hotel has that nice traditional Ryokan feel. There's a nice lobby, restaurant area, and it has its own private baths which rivalled/ bettered anything you could... More

Unfortunately, our reservation at this ryokan was cancelled the afternoon before we were supposed to check in. We got to see the lobby and lovely garden before they took us to the busy, crowded family hotel across the street. As two women traveling, we would have preferred the Onishiya Suisyouen and we would have preferred that they not cancel our... More

The Onishiya Suisyouen hotel in Kinosaki-onsen offered a great service, big and clean rooms and is very peaceful. The stay was great, and included the entrance of one of the 7 public baths in Kinosaki-Onsen.
