Guess this is the only hotel you will find on sites such as Expedia, TripAdvisor, & hotels.com. You will only get wired Internet in your room. Wireless internet/Wi-Fi is not accessible in the rooms, only the at the lobby and in very specific areas there. Most restaurants close early. Want dinner? Go to the Teppan-Yaki place: definitely worth paying the... More

My last stay for my year end trip is with Novotel Koshien. I stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. For the price I paid, I do not think it is really worth the stay. If the price is cheaper, then it will be worth the stay. The price they charged me is similar to the hotel price charged in... More

This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly service and a pretty good breakfast buffet. It's about 15 minutes on the express train to Umeda station. Located in a residential neighborhood. There are local restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. We got this hotel on the cheap and it was totally worth it. This hotel in central Osaka... More

Unlike the usual Japanese style (read: small) room, Novotel Koshien Osaka West's is very spacious. The location is only 2-3 minutes away from the rail station, yet quiet in the evening. Breakfast buffet selection is good, enough variety and healthy selections. Had very good deal with Accor Advantage club rate. The room also provides simple guide for the area (including... More

breakfast and room size were good. had a non smoking room but there was smoking on my floor so it smelled. The pool and Gym were closed which were one of the reasons why I reserved there but could not used any and was not told until I got to the gym and realized it was closed. The proximity of... More

The crew is very helpful. It's a little too far from downtown Osaka, a 25 minute train ride, but close to the Koshien Baseball Stadium. Definitively not cheap, but worthy the price. The breakfast is distinguished, I loved it. Room is spacious, confortable and clean. I had a great time there.

I had a comfortable stay at the Novotel Koshien Osaka West hotel. It is only a 2 minutes walk from the Koshien (Hanshin) station. The room is very spacious, so is the bathroom, plenty of amenities were available for our usage for free, with the exception of the instant coffee found it the room. I had intended to have dinner... You have to be careful because on the web site, it is mentionned that you can access the hotel by Limousine bus. this is not true if you arrive or leave from kansai airport. From the htel, you first have to take the train and then the Limousine Bus. This is not very convenient. The restaurant (buffet and breakfast) is... More

The Novotel had decent beds , adequate rooms, and very basic, small bathrooms. On the plus side, it had a lovely bar with decent cocktails. On the negative side, food was very limited at this hotel and staff was very hard to communicate with. The buffet restaurant was passable but rarely seemed to be open when we needed food. Their...
