The Grove is located just outside Narberth, Pembokeshire & is set in its own peaceful wooded parkland. The buildings have been lovingly restored with great attention to detail & quality; the necessary modernisation is completely sympathetic to the original intent. From the moment of our arrival where the welcome was warm & genuine, we were completely at ease. Our room... more

Work is progressing well in The Grove and the rooms and cottages that are finished are done to an excellent standard with all the mod cons you are likely to require. The main house has been beautifully restored with great detail to the heritage aspect and decor. The rooms are full of charachter and many have the origonal unique fireplaces.... more

After having our honeymoon cancelled (thanks First Choice!) my husband and I had a few days to kill after our wedding and before our rearranged holiday so decided to go to West Wales. We found The Grove on the internet and thought it sounded great so booked in for 2 nights. From the minute we entered the grand, beautiful grounds... more

We stayed at the Grove for 2 nights with our children (ages 2 and 8 months). The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were lovely and the restaurant was excellent. The owners Neil and Zoe made us feel very welcome, especially with the children. We would definitely recommend a visit!!! more

We had a great 3 nights staying in Peak cottage at the Grove enjoying the facilities of the hotel. The cottage is well equipped and beautifully designed. The views are incredible and the grounds of the hotel and cottages are extensive. Had a delicious lunch in the hotel which met the dietary requirements of an extended family of 7 including... more

We stayed for 2 nights in the Grove and can echo many of the previous reviews. It is a stunning house in a beautiful rural location. The room (John Pollard Suite) was amazing with a very comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The owners were incredibly helpful in highlighting some of the local attractions and making suggestions for day trips.... more

We had booked in for 5 nights, however, 2 proved more than we could bear. The selection of food was very limited for a hotel which boasts 5 stars (3 being more than appropriate), the quality of which was questionable. Unfortunately, we were not advised of the ongoing construction works at the time of making our reservation, however, all became... more

I planned to travel to Pembrokeshire and stay in the Grove, Narbeth for 10 days with my family and spoke with Zoe, who offered me a 20% discount for the number of days to be booked. Upon calling back after the weekend I spoke with Neil who rescinded the offer and advised that Zoe is full time in London and... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grove. The setting is wonderfully romantic. The ambience is elegant and luxurious. Great attention has been paid to detail in order that your stay should be thoroughly comfortable. After a long drive, I was thrilled to find that I could have an excellent aromotherapy massage on the premises which truly relaxed me. Our... more

We stayed for a week in the Two Stone cottage. The hotel and cottages are in a lovely quiet location about 2 miles from Narberth. The cottage was one of the best we have stayed in, in terms of furnishings and fittings. The patio area at the back is quite a sun trap, even in May. Narbeth itself is a... more
