So I stayed at here last year for only one night (10/12/2014) before the day I'm departing to Taiwan. It's great, the bed is comfortable and the light is warm. About the wifi thing, I'm sorry I've been literally forgot haha. Um the location, it's quite boring there, have no places to visit. So about the cafe, Brass Cafe. The... More

Stayed in this hotel from 3 ~ 5 March 2015. Room number 1017. Paid 140RM nett/night with buffet breakfast and free wifi. Hotel room is spacious and bed is ok, no problem getting some sleep at hotel. Swimming pool available in this hotel as well but not well maintained, need to take your own towel, no staff will be present... More

I check in this hotel on 27th Friday noon. Hotel located away from the city centre. Around the hotel nothing much to see except some car garages. Around midnight started the "wroooooom wroommmm" sound , initially I thought it is from some low flying aircraft. when it was repeated every 5 minutes, I peeped through the window and noted a... 1 night stay during business trip here, everything seems old here, include their swimming pool. Only 1 set sofa at lobby, so very uncomfortable to wait your guest or friend at lobby. No service staff at the swimming pool, have to bring your room towel if you want to swimming. also there's no attraction around the hotels's neighbourhood. You cant... More

The hotel is totally run down. There are lots of cracks on the tiles. But the advantage of this hotel is the price is affordable. The free breakfast is not bad. But u need to come down to eat early before the food runs out.

I always come here to stay during biz trip since many years ago. The service is getting worse. The hotel was full and I was asked to stay in a junior suite which cost me additional rm100 (I can probably stay in other better hotel)..given a cold shoulder in the front desk. I was further annoyed when I noticed someone... More

1 night stay for family with 4 childrens ( 4y - 8y) really valuable for money since i need to pay just only 179 for big deluxe room (1 king size bed + 1 single bed) included with 3 breakfast for adult. Staff are very friendly & check in & check out process also very fast. However the toilet facilities... More

I was in this hotel not on my own request(agent arranged), but I am a bit disappointed. Somehow the hotel “lives” in the 60’s and if I have a choice – I will try to avoid it somehow. Generally is not so bad place for one, max two nights – you will survive, but … Room – like a size... More

Have stayed here at least 5 times in the span of 5 years and each time the experience has been seen to be going from bad to worse May be they are too sure that people have no other options around and they rule!! The ordeal starts with a ill mannered and unpleasant reception staff who have no time for... More

We passed through I believe suburb of Port Kelang and arrived to only building which has more than 2 floors, in fact hotel has 15 floors. Out of the car and on reception. Lobby did not look impressive at all. In fact it looked like entrance to some supermakets in China. I asked about restaurants and they told me up... More
