Decided to book a Spa and Stay package at Blue Mountain Resorts as an anniversary retreat, and chose the Mosaic as an option for overnight lodging. Arrived on a Thursday; check-in not only seamless but our room was ready earlier. The front desk customer rep was welcoming and arranged for a complimentary bottle of local wine and chocolates to be... More

This was our second stay at the Mosaic and having been to a few other properties within the village, I would confidently say this was one of the top two spots. Pro: -The location to the village. -The location to the free outdoor parking lot. -The speed at check in. -The cleanliness of the unit. -The view. -The pool and... More

Dear dferrari1983, Great to hear Mosaic gets a thumbs up following your latest visit to Blue Mountain Resort. Lots of great points made, positives are all mentioned frequently by our guests, negatives are subjective and as pointed out a “personal thing” in some instances. Check in was seamless but front desk girl could use a reminder that a cheery disposition is a must on front desk - first impression lasting impression! Room was fine but for the extra price charged for this hotel fine is not enough. Furnishings were dirty-couch and chair stained. Appliances were showing signs of wear and tear and carpet could... Dear cybersis007, Thank you for this feedback from your recent stay at the Mosaic suites in Blue Mountain Resort. We will certainly bring your comment regarding greeting to the leadership team in our Front Office for their review and coaching purposes. This level of service is certainly out of character and warrants follow-up on our end, thank you for letting... More

Just visited this week. We booked a prepaid room for two and requested early arrival. Our room was not ready until 4 p.m. the normal check in time. Strike One. When we entered our room, we were surprised by the weird somewhat pie shape. There were two mini-fridges which was totally unnecessary in a room this size. Also, in order... More

Dear LogCabinHeaven, This is a stark contrast to many other reviewer experiences, sorry to hear we missed the mark in your instance and thank you for providing this helpful feedback. The room designs are not all the same for each unit type, we have a wide range of room sizes available, perhaps a larger unit would improve the experience. The... More

Our family has visited Blue Mountain for over 8 years. Winter and Summer there is always something fun to keep you busy. Mosaic is my favorite because of the location, updated accommodations and the pool and hot tub that are open all year long provide fun for the kids. We stayed on the resort for 3 days mainly because of it's proximity of the village and private beach. We stayed in room 154 which was good for us since it was just a few steps away from the pool. The room was clean but show some sign of age. We really enjoyed the private beach it's a 10 minutes... More

We just got back from our stay at Mosaic. The staff was very friendly and asked us how our stay was at the end. We did check in a little bit sooner than 4pm, so I was glad that we could just drop our luggage and go enjoy the outdoor pool. The pool and the hot tub at Mosaic is... More

Second time back. Great stay once again. Pool area was a little crowded however what do you expect in a heat wave? We had 4 kids with us and we all were sad to leave! The village is clean and well staffed. Lots to do and see. Will be back again soon!!!

Dear Chris E, Fantastic to hear, second time around and already planning a return trip. The Mosaic suites and recreational facilities are perfect for a family getaway. Indeed, whether it’s a pool or a lake, water is the most comforting in a heat wave, hence higher volume of users. Yours in Hospitality, On behalf of Blue Mountain Resorts LP James... More
