Second time back. Great stay once again. Pool area was a little crowded however what do you expect in a heat wave? We had 4 kids with us and we all were sad to leave! The village is clean and well staffed. Lots to do and see. Will be back again soon!!!

My husband and I have recently stayed at Blue Mountain! We have stayed in most of the buildings but our recent stay was in a studio suite. We both enjoy the atmosphere and village no matter the season. Our rooms/condos have always been spotless. We always enjoy the outdoor hot tubs and pools and they have always been clean. We... More

My family just returned from 2 nights at Mosaic at Blue Mountain. My husband and I and our 13 year old and 2 year old went. We booked a studio suite. We arrived early and our room was available which was great. As soon as we walked in the room we noticed it was very warm. After playing with the... More

Dear Lisa O, Thank you for sharing with our Trip Advisor fans, it sounds like you have a pretty good time while visiting us here at Blue. That is most unfortunate about the air conditioner and definitely not the most convenient when you have to repack and move, but it sounds like we found a bigger and better room for... More

This was our second Year at Blue Mountain for a mid week girls mini vacation. Although we had a wonderful 3 Days in and around the village we do want to comment on the Mosaic property. Upon check in we were greeted at the front desk, not overly friendly, did not ask us why we were , did not offer... More

Dear Shalea00, Thank you for this review, we regret to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of service provided, this is not in keeping with our brand standard and a stark contrast to many of the other reviews on this site. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly circle back with our leadership team at the Mosaic property... More

Our family arranged a weekend at this place to celebrate our 60th anniversary. We rented 3 town houses. The best part of the weekend was leaving. June 19-21. Unable to sleep because air conditioner which was controlled by resort came on every 15 minutes all night making sleep impossible. I requested it be turned off and was assured it would... More

Dear Maxim W, Oh dear, sorry to hear that you were completely let down and disappointed with your recent stay at the Mosaic suites in Blue Mountain Resort. This is not typical of the quality of service we strive to deliver and sincerely regret that this was your experience. The townhouse units are quite popular normally, with ground level access... We stayed at Mosaic for a family holiday recently. Two adults and two kids (ages 16 and 12). We had never been to Blue Mountain Resort and went on a recommendation from a family member who had recently been there for a work conference. I don't want to mix up my reviews of Blue Mountain Resort as a whole and... More

Dear mom2two2, What a wonderful review, thank you for sharing details of your first visit to Blue Mountain Resort and the Mosaic Suites. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious with all the provisions needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette. There is no doubt that there is plenty to keep you busy even necessitating an additional night, glad that worked out... More

We travelled with our 2 kids in late June (right after school was out). We've never stayed at Blue Mountain before and really enjoyed the village atmosphere, the restaurants and all the activities for the kids. It is a bit pricey and so are the activities but it was a nice "beginning of summer" getaway.

Dear mroyos, Great to see another first time visitor with a great review of their experience at Blue. The resort is nestled in a beautiful country setting with lush hiking trails up the mountain and of course the views from the Gondola coming back down are breathtaking. As mentioned there are a number of unique activities across the resort to... More

Have stayed at several places in Blue Mountain and have always enjoyed the Mosaic for both summer and winter because of it's updated rooms and heated pool (open year round). Location is good as it's not right in the heart of the village but a quick walk to anything. If you're at the conference centre or looking to play golf... More

Dear Kevin K, Thank you for your comments and suggestions, we are very happy to hear you that enjoyed your stay and the convenience of the location. There is complimentary wifi in the hotel lobbies, service that is adequate for viewing e-mail and browsing the internet. The room was nice, we stayed in a 1 bedroom with den. Dining table was too big for the area. The fridge and AC were very loud. The kitchen was a tight fit and everything was just a little below what I would expect for the price. The stove had a burner that didn't work and the oven never reached... More

Dear Potzie, First of all, love the name it brings back memories. The rooms are well appointed and come with all the necessary tools to whip up a quick meal, if you wish to dine in. My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights over the Canada Day holiday, first off want to say the staff was amazing!! They were very accommodating and extremely nice. Dear Jax555, Wow another shout out to our amazing associates, they truly make us proud.
