We stayed at the Mosaic 2nd week of July in a Bachelor suite with our 8 year old son. Location is perfect as you are in the centre of the action of Blue Mountain Village. There are so many activities that you can do - something for any age. Our son especially liked Plunge aquatic centre; their pools, mini waterslide... More

Spent 5 nights and 6 days at the mosaic . Nice room 1 bedroom plus den . The air conditioning is very loud in the bedroom . Recommend leaving card on door for housekeeping or you are going to be woken up at 9am . The village has lots of restaurants but a little pricey , went into Collingwood to... More

Staff was great and rooms were clean but construction on the Conference Center is terrible. Bulldozers and High Hoes running every morning at 7:00 a.m. in a $250.00+ room is unacceptable. So a heads up for anyone booked/booking at The Mosaic this summer when you book on-line there is no warning of construction and when you check in there is... More

Two friends and I went for a girls' getaway and enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean, spacious enough although not large, had a great little kitchenette, convenient for keeping drinks cold and with enough room to store food, with a little tea kettle, dishwasher, dishes, etc. A few complaints - when three people book a room, there should be three... We were lucky to end up here when our other choice in Collingwood didn't quite stand up to scrutiny. Front desk staff was great, room was very nice. Unfortunately our stay was too short to take advantage of any of the amenities, but we'll come back. Thanks again for the excellent customer service

Our Mosaic room was decent but by my opinion a bit pricey for the quality. It was the rowdiest stay I have experienced anywhere and I traveled with my son's sports teams extensively. The noise in the hallway sounded like our door was open but in all fairness it was a holiday weekend. The kids seemed to be rehearsing for... More

Dear MGVA2013, Thank you for providing this helpful feedback following a recent visit to Blue Mountain Resort and in particular the Mosaic Boutique hotel. During spring we do see a rise in sports groups and dance competitions visiting the resort, hence the families and young children you observed. I think you have put it very well, “you can’t really be... More

Family of 4 stayed up for the weekend, thoroughly enjoyed our time with excellent facilities. Found the rooms to be comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We had a problem with our shower, lack of power to the unit. Called down to reception and sorted the issue out within 20mins of it appearing. Was very impressed with the costumer service in this... Me and a group of friends stayed here over the May long weekend. The place is gorgeous and the room was very clean. My complaint with this hotel was the service provided at the front desk. We asked for early check in which we apparently were supposed to receive. When we went to check in they said our room wasn't... More

Nice reasonably priced location for a breakaway, especially for skiers looking for spring ski fun. Wished I still was a skier. We were on a breakaway combined with attending a three day dance competition & stayed the weekend. Short walk to the Blue Mountain Inn Conference Centre, where the competition was held. Shuttle bus was available but we walked. Ski... More

Stayed in the one bedroom suite. Suite was clean and modern. The entire decor of this hotel is beautiful. The year round pool and hot tub are to die for. Close to all shops and restaurants. Plenty to see and do. Great for families. There's a playroom in the main lobby. Nothin spectacular but a nice touch. Wish I could... More
