Came for 3 nights, 4 days for our honeymoon and loved it here! We were welcomed with a beautiful card and chocolates for our honeymoons and have us free wifi and parking. Everytime I've had to call and ask for something (ie. clothes steamer, q-tips and extra towels) they've been at our door in a heartbeat! The bed, soaking tub... More

we went for a last minute trip to Blue mountain and booked the Westin because of the ratings. The staff who worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The food at the hotel was better than most room service in most hotels. The one problem we had was the cleanliness of the room. The pictures looked much nicer... More

We recently stayed for a family vacation. I think if you have young kids and just want a place with a pool within walking distance of the hill and the village, this is a good hotel. I liked how close it was to everything but was so disappointed with the service, it tainted the experience. While the staff were friendly... More

My stay was only for 3 days for a work conference. It was a great stay. Service was excellent as was the food. Friendly and helpful service from the minute you walk in by the door men to the check in. I wish I had a chance to use the amenities like the pool and the work out room. But... More

We have made the Westin Trillium House our annual family summer getaway. It really works in terms of being close enough to Toronto and being in an area where you can both find quiet (hiking up on the mountain) and a bit of a livelier atmosphere (in the village). We were thrilled to get upgraded from a one-bedroom to a... More

We stayed at the Westin and felt very "out of place" being a couple. There were families everywhere! We were afraid to get in the pool because of the amount of kids and merky looking water. We tried to sit around the pool and read but could not for the amount of screaming and yelling in the pool. We were... More

Beautiful Blue Mountain views with the village right there makes it a great all in one. The hotel service is excellent, wifi is not free. The rooms are spacious maybe a little dark but also have a mini kitchen and definite plus. I went for business but would be an amazing place to take the kids so much to do... More

Room: We had a 1 bedroom with den . A bit worn in but the kitchenette was great for preparing food for the kids . There's 2 pull out beds and a tv in the living room and den but no door on the den.... 'starwood preferred' rooms are more modern. Housekeeping: helpful and friendly (I left behind a few... More

Westin Hotels have a good rep. And so they should. But let's not confuse a singular 5-star experience, with a big hotel chain experience. This is a big hotel catering largely to families and well done for that! It earns a realistic 4 star rating. Most of the rooms are privately owned and in the rental pool yet have an... More

We recently stayed at The Westin Trillium House Blue Mountain for a 2-day visit to Blue Mountain. We've gone to Blue Mountain before, and our now-4.5-year-old has always been into the various summer activities (climbing wall, luge, painting his "Rainbow Squirrel" at Crock-a-Doodle pottery shop, beautiful mini golf course), but this time our visit was extra special because Mommy and...
