We were a group of three ladies who wanted to ski together for a few days. Loved the proximity to the hills and village. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable after being on the hills. Our room was ready when we arrived at 11 a.m. Which was great. Beds were comfortable however I question the need to start clearing... More

Dear LyndaTen, Yes, Weider Lodge is a preferred location for many, with access right to the slopes outside the main entrance. We conduct snow clearing and grooming at off times in order to be ready as soon as our guests begin entering the Village and/or are ready to get on the hills. Snow clearing creates an element of risk so... More

doorstep to chairlift ( silver bullet ) just outside from door. Ski rental , valet and school just 200 meters away - or less. It would be the closest lodge to ski facilities. Check in was at Grand Georgian and car park just underneath the apartment. Interesting fact - from carpark which is underground , you can get to grand... More

Dear chai77, Thanks for another great review, lots of great tips here; from parking to hill proximity and convenient underground parking, we’re thrilled to hear you will come back next time you are in the country. One point to clarify is that the Mosaic has a separate entrance for its parking garage, not linked to the other 3 Village hotels... More

Really happy we chose to stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to everything that we needed and it made our trip a whole lot better. The hotel itself was clean and has a very nice lobby. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We just returned from a 5 day/ 4night stay at Weider lodge. We were on the fourth floor, almost directly above the lobby. The location cannot be beat, with the entrance to the hotel steps from restaurants, shopping, the rental shop, and one of the 6 seater lifts. The room was very well set up, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms... More

Dear Lesley B, Thank you for this very detailed review of your stay with us at the Weider Lodge, Blue Mountain Resort. By all accounts the room was a perfect fit for your family, however not practical late at night when the hum of Village nightlife and on hill grooming efforts is underway. We would suggest a room facing away... More

My friend and myself were looking for a nice relaxing day and night away form our usual busy lives. We picked the Village of blue Mountain as it's not too far from home and we wanted to visit the Spa Scandinave. My friend has some experience with the area so suggested the Weider Lodge. I booked us into a 2... More

The location is unbeatable. The room size compact but very functional with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, plus a small terrace with a roof. But like many condo vacation rentals, the minimum in functionality and fixtures, so isn't long before it feels dated. But no major complaints; beds were comfortable (bedding a little tired but okay), minimal room in the... More

Dear Bearswife, You can’t dispute that, the location is ideal, right at the base of the ski hill, the Village right outside your door and so much in the way of activities, scenery, dining and retail to explore. The rooms are comfortable and cozy with a gas fireplace to warm you up on a chilly evening; the kitchens are fully... More

My wife and I visited the resort over the Thanksgiving long weekend. We stayed here several times in the past for family vacations with our girls and decided to visit as empty nesters. The Weider Lodge is a comfortable and well appointed hotel with nice rooms and amenities and a fairly central location to the village. We chose early October... More

Dear DJL57, The fall colors were outstanding this year and what a beautiful spot to take in the scenery, up on top of the ski hill, with an abundance of trails to navigate. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your suite at the Weider Lodge and found the location convenient to access the Village. We are sorry to hear... More

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite in Weider Lodge. The room was # 233 which was a corner room with a large balcony. Here's what I liked first: 1- a working fireplace! 2- two tvs (one in the 'master' bedroom and one in the living room) 3- full kitchen with utensils/pans/pots/dish-washing machine/kitchen towels (paper and cloth)/microwave/garbage bin/recycling bin/complimentary dish washing... We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. It can be expensive to eat at the resort so having the kitchen for breakfast and lunch (a nice break from skiing) saves money and is a good time to reconnect with family on different slopes).
