4th year in a row we have stayed at the Mountain Springs Resort. As Usual a great stay. We had approx. 11 units booked for our spring hockey team. Everybody had a great time. We took full advantage of the pool , as well as a team dinner at the charcoal bbq pits behind the units. I see lots of... More

I’ve stayed at the Mountain Springs Resorts several times over the past 4 years and experienced no issues and a decent quality stay. This past weekend was no different with the exception of breakfast this morning. We have never used the main lodge restaurant in our prior stays. After a full hour of waiting and constant checking in with the... More

Elaine, sorry you had experienced the issues at the restaurant. As you know this was an extremely busy weekend with sports group. In the 4 months since the restaurant has been opened, we have never had the volume of guests ( at one time) we saw for breakfast that morning. While we did have extra staff, our kitchen was trying... Leaky toilet. Dingy tub. Slow wifi. Spring mattress was painful to sleep on. Heard ppl walking around up stairs. We stayed in a studio lodge. We won't go back. Stay at the holiday inn express or pay the extra and stay right at blue mountain resort.

We traveled as a family of four (kids aged 8 and 10) to Mountain Springs Resort for 5 nights during March Break. We normally stay at a condo right in the Village at Blue Mountain Resort, but because we needed to bring our dog with us this year, we instead opted for pet friendly Mountain Springs Resort. There was a... More

I totally agree with every comment made about poor maintenance and noise issues. If you do not like that then you should really just go stay with the rest of the posers down at the Village. I've stayed here with my family many times and it's totally fine. It's not he Hilton or the Ritz but it's clean, the staff... More

Arrived to check in only to be told that they weren't processing until 3pm, however to expedite the process they suggested to do the paper work then come by at 3pm to pick up the key code. Sounds great right? Well we go at 3pm only to wait in line for 40mins! The line extended outside! The front staff looked... More

The electric fire place advertised on the website was broken and they were not able to fix it. It is way below standard and it's not worth $300 per night. It is 5 minutes driving away from the village. Bathrooms were ok. But sofa bed is only enough for an adult. We were on 2nd floor of lodges and stair... More

This is hardly a resort... Very run down. The room (or "deluxe suite" in their parlance) is in need of a paint job, and new/cleaner furniture as multiple people here have remarked. The "suites" are much more cramped than the pictures would suggest. The kitchen is adequately stocked but very tired. The bed/bedding are marginal. Despite making us sign a... More

Stayed last weekend in a unit with a bedroom and loft. Obviously a rental only. The furniture, beds and all appliances were all very substandard. Paint peeling off walls, light bulbs burned out, closet doors both broken, no phone and no front boot mat. Positive, shower was good. Very disappointing for $300 a night.
