Stayed here one night having booked through a 3rd party. Often in doing so the service is only ok. But not here, the staff and service were outstanding! The room was terrific and well appointed. Pool area and outdoor hot tubs were amazing. My son thought he had lived the high life, his room service hot dog and fries were... More

Just returned from an overnight stay in Blue Mountain Inn. My sister and I went there for a spa getaway. First the good things: we had about a 2 1/2 drive to get to Blue Mountain so it was a pleasant surprise when we were allowed to check in and receive our room keys early. The room was very clean,... I stayed at the Blue Mountain Inn for a night recently. I was very pleasantly surprised. I found the front desk staff to be very welcoming and friendly. As soon as you walk into the hotel, the spa is close to the front desk area so it smells very nice and makes a great first impression. The room itself isn't... More

Stayed in a suite in the Grand Georgian for the NAPA Autopro convention. The room was huge, too big for 2 people. My partner was not satisfied with his room but with 1 call to AYS he had 2 options right away. It is an Intrawest property so things were very expensive. As it was between seasons the golf course... Dear Bill C, Thank you for sharing these helpful comments and suggestions with our Trip Advisor readers. Typically a group will request the room types deemed most appropriate for the group dynamic, unfortunately the selection you first had felt a bit too spacious for a couple, thankfully we were able to relocate you to ensure your utmost comfort. Your group... More

I stayed here with my husband, son and our dog for my birthday in the fall. The welcome was amazing and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They even had a dog bed, dish and special dog treat in the room for our traveling pooch. While this is obviously more of a budget place than the surrounding hotels, it... More

Dear MindyMinor, Thank you for this thorough and detailed overview of your recent visit to Blue Mountain Resort and the Blue Mountain Inn. The Inn is one of the original buildings erected when Jozo Weider embarked on developing his vision of a ski resort in this area. The Inn has recently been refurbished with each guest room being taken back... More

The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Two things could have easily made this experience much better. There are no in room safes which doesn't make sense in a location that caters to hiking, cycling, golfing and skiing. We had to lock our valuables in our car when we were cycling. I... More

Dear Sandy D, Thank you for your review, our desk associates will be very happy to know they left a lasting impression with the services rendered. With regards to Inn room safes, we do offer an alternative; there are safe deposit boxes available at our front desks whereby you can secure any valuables. With respect to Wi-Fi, while we do... More

OK the rooms are a Little Dated, but who really cars about that, when you go here, you are really going for the outdoors. Very pricey, but there are no better options. I would say please visit this spot in winter for skiing, one of the best Places for winter fun.

Recently stayed at the Blue Mountain Inn. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was quite nice, although the wifi was not free and the movies available on the tv were expensive. There was free parking at the Inn and a shuttle that drove us around the resort whenever we needed. The view... More

This is the best 'value' option we have found when visiting Blue Mountain. The hotel is a short walk (less than 1 km?) from the village and a short drive to Spa Scandinave. We much prefer this location than staying in town. Being right at the bottom of the mountain gives you great views and everything we wanted to do... More

Dear Mark D, Thank you for this review, a very nice summary demonstrating the convenience and proximity to a variety of venues from this lodging location. The Inn is home to 2 in house restaurants, the Pottery Casual Fine Dining and Jozo’s Bar & Grill, both are exceptional dining options. You are correct, the Village suites offer kitchenettes or full... More
