The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Two things could have easily made this experience much better. There are no in room safes which doesn't make sense in a location that caters to hiking, cycling, golfing and skiing. We had to lock our valuables in our car when we were cycling. I... More

OK the rooms are a Little Dated, but who really cars about that, when you go here, you are really going for the outdoors. Very pricey, but there are no better options. I would say please visit this spot in winter for skiing, one of the best Places for winter fun.

Recently stayed at the Blue Mountain Inn. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was quite nice, although the wifi was not free and the movies available on the tv were expensive. There was free parking at the Inn and a shuttle that drove us around the resort whenever we needed. The view... More

Very expensive compare to facilities . We booked for one night. We paid $208 cad but i think it's worthy $100 cad hotel. No Wifi at room, no breakfast . But hotel was clean and stf was nice. Pool was close to our room as well lobby. Emp was smiling all the time and say hi to you. Parking was... More

This is the best 'value' option we have found when visiting Blue Mountain. The hotel is a short walk (less than 1 km?) from the village and a short drive to Spa Scandinave. We much prefer this location than staying in town. Being right at the bottom of the mountain gives you great views and everything we wanted to do... More

Had a one night stay recently and everything was great. Room was very clean and well appointed. Nice modern colours and furnishings. The front desk staff was genuinely very friendly. I wouldn't change a thing!

We had a fabulous stay at Blue Mountain and would gladly return there. We had two suites and enjoyed all their amenities, well stocked with all kitchen provisions. The pools and amusements were great too. We were in the lodge overlooking the courtyard pool. Our party also had a suite overlooking the main square, facing the bar/night club and they... More

I did expect more from the hotel esp paying more money to stay in a suite. It had been recently renoed...around TV which was very small... More

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall, it's just about OK: however, would have preferred a Premier Inn. The room interior was refurbished, but closet and bathroom small: maybe they should have had some of the bedroom when refurbishing? Nowhere to hang anything in bathroom. Sliding door did not open - just taped up! Actually, that is symptomatic of the need for... More

Dear Tedfordian, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of a recent visit to Blue Mountain Resort and the Blue Mountain Inn. We’re sorry to hear that you did not find the Inn met with your expectations, despite a complete refurbishment that generally receives positive feedback. The corridors had all carpet replaced in late 2009, and is... More

We were given a gift certificate for this hotel and our first shock was the demand of full payment on a credit card when we made the reservation 6 months earlier ! It was a hassle getting a rebate on arrival to the credit card in order to use the gift certificate. Our room was not ready at check in (4pm)... More

Dear moncoer, Thank you for providing this review on Trip Advisor following your visit to the Blue Mountain Inn at Blue Mountain Resort. It is not uncommon to be asked for a deposit at a holiday destination such as ours, despite having a gift certificate, this practice protects against last minute cancellations and assists us in managing our room inventory....
