The hotel was clean and the front desk was very helpful regarding direction to different sites. The hot tubs in the back were great. Not much happening in the bar on site though. Good value. I would use it again.

We stayed at the Wiederman section, in a 3 bedroom condo. It was an amazing room, with all the amenities. It is a close walk to all the restaurants and activities. It is very noisy on a Saturday night, but the music and partying seemed to stop around 1:30. It is a very festive environment with many individual celebrations happening... More

Thought we'd give this place a try as the comments were good on trip advisor. We were very pleased. Room was adequate and clean with very comfy beds. The only negative to this hotel was the weird configuration of having to go the the basement and go thru change rooms to get back upstairs into the pool area. Not very... More

I am writing at the request of friends from Brazil who booked a room at the Inn through Priceline. (At our recommendation - we live locally and are very familiar with the Inn) When they arrived after dinner with us to check in, they were told there were no rooms available! Imagine traveling all day and being told this, when... More

This hotel has been around for awhile, but the rooms have been upgraded and really are nice and clean. I would go back again... it's just outside of the village with shuttle service into town or the village depending on where you want to spend your time. In the rooms there is a place to keep your skis and boots... More

Dear Melodie R, It’s been a couple of years now, since the Inn guest rooms were renovated and we continue to receive very favorable feedback on the results, thank you for your compliments. The Village is a short walk from the Inn and of course the shuttle service is available to move guests around the resort, they don’t actually take... More

Rented condo for dance competition. Awesome place! Made it a fun packed weekend. Enjoyed zip lining; some hiking; village activity. Recommend visiting. Facilities very reasonable and the outdoor life was beautiful and not overpriced. They really know how to cater to their guests. Thank you.

We stayed here over the Victoria day long weekend. This hotel could get quite crowded given its very close proximity to the village (about ~3 min walk). The staff was very helpful, giving us maps of the area and the village and giving us the list of events for the weekend. Our room was very clean and spacious with very... More

Dear Fady A, Thank you for posting a review to Trip Advisor with details about your recent visit to Blue Mountain Resort and the Blue Mountain Inn. The Victoria Day weekend saw a high amount of both day and overnight guests, the Village was a veritable beehive of activity. The Inn is just a short walk, as mentioned, over to... More

The building is old but renovated. The first room given was terrible as it has no view at all and make it worst, it was particularly facing a wall. Requested a swap was not successful through the phone. I went downstair and the reception desk staff was able to switch to another room on the same floor with a 'better'... More

Dear Richardctchan, Thank you for posting this review to Trip Advisor, we are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the location of the Inn, just steps away from the Village. Despite the close proximity to the Village, the shuttle service is a nice option. The Village is very popular and draws visitors from far and wide for... More

Had a great long weekend getaway at the Blue Mountain Inn with my boyfriend- room was clean and updated and price was reasonable. Only complaint I have is the customer service lacking with one particular issue. I left a top in my room after checkout (completely my fault and was stupid of me) and called to see if they found... I am reasonably tech-literate so when I reserved my room online I was fairly confident in what I was getting. I have also been to "The Village" before and have stayed at the Mosaic, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. So why the level 3 rating you ask? Imagine my shock, (my boyfriend actually had to push my drooping... More

Dear Grateful4Vacay, First of all, kudos on your creative and witty writing style, makes for a very interesting read. We have reviewed your reservation and confirmation letter which indicated – Room Type: “Inn Queen (Accessible)”, regrettably this did not trigger a pause for concern. The Village suite with 2 queen beds would be a considerably larger unit, most likely a... More
