I have been there several times in 2010 - 2011. It's a neat place. I always found friendly receptionists. Rooms ar not as small as many other hotels in the neighbourhood. Price is good. Cabled internet connection included. Close to train station, five minutes walk. Airport is half an hour time by cab. English spoken (enough)

The location is not the best - about 15 minutes walk from Saijo - and it is about 30 minute ride form Hiroshima station.
