Was amazed by the service and quality of this traditional Japanese hotel. The owners, husband and wife, were extremely hospitable and provide an ideal experience. I was greeted warmly upon arrival. Had a relaxing soak in their onsen (indoor/outdoor hot springs). Sea water onsen with fragrant local oranges floating in the water. After biking for 4 hours, it was perfect.... More

Fujimien was a wonderful ryokan which provided quiet respite from the busy activity of the metropolis of Tokyo. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Fujimien. We access to this lodge by Hakone bus. It takes about 1 hour from Odawara station. Just seat back and relax the journey as along the way to the lodge, the surrounding is very beautiful.
