If you campare to the size of the coty, the hotel is very big, the information i got is that the hotel was build by Imabari shipyard to host the people in the shipyard.
The entrance of the hotel is enormous it looks a bit outdated, like a classy eldery home.

The other reviewers were correct. There is not much to choose from among Imabari hotels and not much to go to either. However, Imabari Hotel is fairly large with big rooms for Japanese standards.The place is a bit dated, but otherwise it is something to be thankful for. The Pakistani curry in the hotel restaurant was very good

It is the best choice in the area. Clean rooms, excellent service.Don't miss to have dinner on the Japanese restaurant on the first floor.

There's not much choice in Imabari for the Western traveler so the Imabari Kokusai Hotel is a welcomed oasis of relative luxury. An imposing entrance is not quite followed up in the rooms but they are acceptable and clean. Basically if you want to stay in Imabari this is it.....
