Our first time at this Travelodge, very convenient for a short stay near Glasgow, easily accessible from the motorway, quick check in, just what you need if travelling and stopping late in the evening. Did not try the nearby pub restaurant but would be interested in this hotel again . Although it's easy to see from the motorway the sign... More

Stayed one night recently to break journey north, hotel basic but clean, large room with basic furniture, clean en-suite let down a bit by dirty silicone at base of shower, not a fault of cleaning staff a maintenance job I would say. Staff we're helpful and friendly, there is no dining facilities ( did not try the breakfast box on offer),... More

We use Travelodge a lot - mainly as a base for 2 / 3 day short breaks. This one is excellently situated for Glasgow and Edinburgh but the very helpful check in staff suggested that rather than struggle with city centre traffic on a Friday night we use the park & ride train service from Croy station - just a... I stayed with my son in a family room. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Noise external and internal to the hotel was limited. The hotel although near the M80 is in a quiet location away from the carriageway.

Virtually everything about this hotel is good. We have only two complaints: the first is on-going with all Travelodges - when will they provide two chairs in the room when there are two guests? The other was: they had run out of porridge - in Scotland! And they want Independence??!!

I stay for 2 weeks every January and often sleep late and work late so I keep unusual hours. Staff are always friendly but don't hassle you. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms likewise. I can find it a little cool when it is very cold outside but requested a second duvet which was perfect. I'll be back next... More

On arriving at the hotel I went into the hotel to book a room, I find it most annoying that the app does not work, the staff were very good, the rooms were clean and tidy, although could do with an update. The check out was easy and I had a good nights sleep

Don't book here if you expect to be in the centre of Glasgow. Glasgow City centre is about twenty five minutes drive. It is well located if you want to be handy for the M80 between Glasgow and Stirling/Edinburgh. The accommodation is clean and functional for an overnight stay and the staff member on duty at arrival was pleasant and... More

This visit was a stopover before the longest leg of a 600 mile trip from the Scottish highlands to southern England. We only checked in at CUmbernauld because the Stirling lodge was full.............. It was so bright, sparkling and new-looking that I was amazed it had been refurbished 3 years ago.
