Played this course 3 times now in the last month and enjoyed it so much I joined the club !. It appears to have a lovely leisure centre but I have not tried it yet. The golf course has seen a few changes to it since the last time I played it back in 2001 and for the better I... More

We stayed for 2 nights as a stop over for a wedding near by. Check in was simple and easy. Upstairs bar food was great for lunch. Rooms well appointed, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and kind and even keep the bar open as we all got home late and wanted a couple of night caps. Topped off our... More

5 of us had the overnight spa break for my mums birthday. The hotel is by far the best ive stayed in. Clean and our rooms joined into a dinning room. The spa was fantastic and the food was great to but the best bit about this hotel is the staffform start to end. Nothing is to much bother, we... More

Stayed four nights here as it was ideally situated for visiting Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The room was good and quite spacious compared to some Q Hotels we have stayed in and the views from the window over the Golf Course and to the hills beyond were a joy to view each morning. Didn't find time to make use... More

This hotel is situated a little outside Cumbernauld but within easy drive of the town and also within easy drive of the nearby Park'n'ride at Croy station (useful if you need to travel to Glasgow). The location is on a golf course on the edge of a wood within site of the Campsie Hills. As such, it is very pleasant... More

Went for a spa day after using the Spa breaks website. The deal included 1 hour massage, use of facilities and a Bento box lunch. Generally I would say the facilities are ok. The jacuzzi is nice, as is the pool. The sauna had a sign saying out of use (however some were using it!). The steam room regularly let... More

At last - a hotel that knows how to make a decent cup of tea!!! Made to feel like I was one of the family. Really pleasant stay that even the fire alarm going off at 6am couldn't ruin! One small thing though - I had to ask for laundry bags each day - that was odd.

Booked the restaurant here for afternoon tea for two friends special birthday. 12 of us. We were told we would have a selection of sandwiches, cakes all nicely displayed. How disappointing to find two square plates out down on a very large table. One with 12 tiny lettuce leaves with Cheese/tuna/cold meat. The other with 12 tiny ciabatta squares with... More

I appreciated the dinner in the grill and the great service from Christina Shanks in the restaurant - thank you ! Wine and beer was a bit pricey. Pool was a bit small and opens too late for me in the mornings I could have done without the fire alarm at 0630 though :)

I booked the spa break for myself and my husband which included lunch, dinner & breakfast. On arrival at the spa for our treatments we were greeted by 5 members of staff just talking. Waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and as we were already pre booked in they got all our treatments wrong and had to go through... More
