Tigh a Cladach is an old-fashioned B&B with clean rooms and technology that are functional but not to the newest standards. The landlords are a very nice elderly couple who do their best to offer their guests an enjoyable experience. The amount of small, written "advice notes" that hang around everywhere in the B&B made us smile a bit. What... More

Stayed here last year with my wife and another couple on our way to Isle of Skye. Fantastic views, very comfy rooms and superb breakfast. We are actually planning on going back at the end of June this year. Cant wait!

Great view of the water, but otherwise nothing spectacular. A short 5 minute drive or long walk into Kyle of Lochalsh. Friendly hosts providing hospitality to a few guests. Breakfast includes cereal, juice, tea/coffee, and one of four different entrees. Portions were quite large.

Comfortable bed and good cooked breakfast. Lovely view over the sea from the lounge/breakfast room. Very friendly owners with Murdo very happy to suggest places to eat and visit. Will also lend binoculars to help you get the best from your stay. We saw seals, cormorants and a submarine from the garden and lucky enough to see a roe deer... More

Murdo is really the most amazing host. Apart from the delicious freshly cooked breakfast, Murdo provided a wealth of information on local activity and nothing was too much trouble. When I injured my foot in a hillwalking accident, Murdo provided ice packs and pain killers. He even sent a pair of pants and socks by post to my home that... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Murdo and Mary Ann are the perfect hosts and this lovely b&b is so homely. My husband was heading up to Stornoway for work and we chose Tigh a Cladach as it wasn't too far from the ferry terminal in Uig and it, quite rightly, gets such amazing... More

Mary Anne and Murdo are really friendly folks. They are excellent hosts! Our room was clean and had a beautiful view. We fell in love with their garden and the view on the rocks and the seals... The breakfast was excellent! And the bed was really really comfortable! The best bed in U.K.! We hope coming back one day... Julie... More
