This was our stop-over between Skye and Inverness. We had a warm welcome, nice rooms, and an excellent evening meal and breakfast. It's good for sightseeing around the Kyle of Lochaish too. Adequate parking and strong wi fi included in the price. The owner was very knowledgeable about local attractions and the best routes, taking time to show us on... More

This hotel is almost a B & B in that it is very homely and run by the friendly owner Andrew. We had an excellent room, very spacious and clean, we had full Scottish breakfasts each morning and had two delicious dinners in the restaurant, although on our first night the restaurant was closed. This was not a big inconvenience... More

nice family run hotel with excellent cuisine. Decoration is somewhat outdated. very seventies. Andrew the manager does his best to feel you at home. beware for room 1 is it's above the kitchen so all scents come into the room if you keep the window open. bathroom was new and clean. ideally to visit Skye. i recommend this hotel.

Ok for a one or two night stay during a round trip in Scotland. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is OK, nothing special though. Rooms are OK. Restaurant was closed on the day we were there, but staff recommended an exellent restaurant and made reservations for us.

We booked this hotel whilst we were touring round Scotland. It was perfect. It is situated in a magical unspoilt setting. The welcome we received was great and so was our stay. Our room had great views, was clean, very comfortable and had an excellent ensuite bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, one of the best steaks I have... More

We stayed for two nights to finally visit Skye and the Kyle of Lochalsh. The hotel was ideally located and we had a very comfortable room with a view across the sea to Skye. Andy is a great host and as we stayed the two nights when dinner isn't served he recommended places to eat locally. Breakfast was so good... More

Ourselves and our two friends stopped at this hotel for 2 nights on our tour of the highlands. What a great time we all had. The rooms were both overlooking the sea, were very clean and well equipped. The food was delicious. You helped yourself to breakfast (except the eggs, which were ordered separately). Poached eggs weren't on offer, but... More

We really liked our room and the view was just right after a long travel day from Colorado. The mattress was great, amenities were generous, and there was even advice about Highland midges for newcomers. The room had very little soundproofing, though. We were too weary for dinner, but decided to have dessert. If there is one dessert menu item... More
