I stayed one night with my friends. Dishes using seasonal ingredients were delicious and beautiful. Hot spring was very comfortable for me. Okami-san is very kindly! It's enjoy in extraordinary ;-) I recommend "Jinya" to people going to Hakone. Because it's closer than Hakone!

I stayed for one night, in October. Got to the hotel at about 8pm. Pros -Biggest room for the money, I've ever seen. -The onsens. Both the outdoor one and the inside one are pretty fantastic. -Traditional Japanse setting, down to every detail. -Again, the room. Insanely big and every accommodation you could ever think of. -The hotel grounds; immaculately... More

Billed as being a good option for an onsen experience relatively close to Tokyo. It is, indeed, easily accessible by JR on the Odakyu line. The inn... More

This was a wonderful anniversary night away. June 23, 2012 Let's start with Location: a short 70minute ride down the Odakyu line from Yoyogi-uehara. From there it is literally a 5 minute walk from the station which my wife and i did with our wheeled suitcases. we were also able to scout a few little shops and restuarants in town... More
