It says its an airport hotel but it actually takes 2 minutes to get their on their shuttle bus. The shuttle bus doesn't go very frequently so we had to take an earlier one then we would have wanted as the next one would have cut it to close. Very busy hotel as their are a lot of people and... This hotel is owned by Delta Airlines and managed by Radisson. There are several crew members around which obviously gives the hotel an international flair. There is a garden wing and a tower wing, which has nicer rooms. I stayed in the garden wing in a room facing to back side overlooking the lawn and a pitch and putt golf... More

This hotel is located 20 minutes from Narita airport and caters to air crews. Very busy. It is nevertheless convenient if you want to explore the area and stay away from downtown Tokyo. An excellent choice if you have to take an early flight from Narita airport. Good price-quality ratio. Free wifi. Friendly and efficient staff. The only issue we had with the room was that the aircondioning could not be controlled. A shuttle bus departs from Narita airport and takes about 20 minutes to the hotel. There is even a bus from... This place is awesome! We stayed here for the first night of our holiday in Japan. Check-in was a breeze, and we were upgraded to the "Business Suite" Our room had a massive bed (easily slept hubby, I and 10 year old son), a coffee pod machine & lots of the extras in the bathroom. We had a late dinner... More
