nice and cozy, restaurant selection and swimming pool are good for kids, green garden is beautiful, we had a room facing the garden and had a view of sunset and rice field. It is recommended if you need to stay near Narita airport with family.

Travelling with wheelchair.. No problems.. Nice view from our room.. Very clean and comfortable... We arrived at around 9 pm after flying all day so the courtesy coach from the airport straight to the hotel was very welcome.. Courtesy coach is not wheelchair compatible but our traveller was a lightweight with folding chair so no problems... Delightful meal in restaurant... More

Needed this hotel for a night for our transit to San Diego. Glad we made the right choice. The service was impeccable and had no issues communicating with English at this hotel. Was quite concern in terms of getting to this hotel from the airport but found it easy. We landed at Terminal 2 at Narita and all we had... More

We only needed a hotel for one night between flights. We chose the Radisson because a shuttle was available from the airport. This was a very wise choice. The hotel is very modern. Japanese hotel have somewhat small rooms ordinarily and this was no exception. It was, however, very comfortable. Since there were three to us travelling, they assisted us... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights before our flight out of Narita. Transportation from Tokyo station was very easy using the HIghway Bus. The free shuttle to and from Aeon Mall and to the airport was also very nice of the hotel. The rooms were large for the standard in Japan, but normally sized for hotel rooms elsewhere.... More

Hotel is located 20min from the airport. Beautiful garden/park around the hotel-good to exercise a bit. Hotel has a good bus service to airport, mall and Tokyo. Restaurant is good but limited on options. Rooms are small but clean. AC is difficult to manage and sometimes you feel warmer than needed.

a) Free shuttle from (to) the airport, and the bus stop is very easy to find, and the hotel website lists the times. b) Arranged transport to (from) other Tokyo destinations (¥1400 for the JR bus to Tokyo Station) and the timetables are on their website. c) Western style restaurant but with Japanese options, which is a nice way to... We stayed here one night in February. Nice hotel with a free shuttle into Narita City. Also, used the free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are well kept and it was a nice stay. Our flight was late afternoon, they allowed us to check out at 1 PM.

There are many restaurants nearby, it is close to town and is a great place to stay. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are nice and the service is great. You can walk to the city or take public transportation.

Hotel is fine for a layover. Just don't eat at sports bar. 7 people, 3 inedible meals. 1 arrived 30 minutes late (Hawaiian Pizza? Photo attached)... Seriously, after 3 week of delicious taditional Japanese and international food, this was more than a let down... Seriously inedible junk. Ice cold fries, salad from a tin, slimy salmon, pizza not made for... More
