We stayed at this hotel for two nights before our flight out of Narita. Transportation from Tokyo station was very easy using the HIghway Bus. The free shuttle to and from Aeon Mall and to the airport was also very nice of the hotel. The rooms were large for the standard in Japan, but normally sized for hotel rooms elsewhere.... More

Hotel is located 20min from the airport. Beautiful garden/park around the hotel-good to exercise a bit. Hotel has a good bus service to airport, mall and Tokyo. Restaurant is good but limited on options. Rooms are small but clean. AC is difficult to manage and sometimes you feel warmer than needed.

a) Free shuttle from (to) the airport, and the bus stop is very easy to find, and the hotel website lists the times. b) Arranged transport to (from) other Tokyo destinations (¥1400 for the JR bus to Tokyo Station) and the timetables are on their website. c) Western style restaurant but with Japanese options, which is a nice way to... We stayed here one night in February. Nice hotel with a free shuttle into Narita City. Also, used the free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are well kept and it was a nice stay. Our flight was late afternoon, they allowed us to check out at 1 PM.

There are many restaurants nearby, it is close to town and is a great place to stay. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are nice and the service is great. You can walk to the city or take public transportation.

Hotel is fine for a layover. Just don't eat at sports bar. 7 people, 3 inedible meals. 1 arrived 30 minutes late (Hawaiian Pizza? Photo attached)... Seriously, after 3 week of delicious taditional Japanese and international food, this was more than a let down... Seriously inedible junk. Ice cold fries, salad from a tin, slimy salmon, pizza not made for... More

The hotel is easy to reach via complimentary shuttle bus from the Narita airport. The drive takes about 30 minutes. The check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The rooms are clean, big enough and well equipped: no adapters needed for electricity, several good english TV channels, an iron and ironing desk, english menu in the restaurant. The sleeping quality... More

Stayed at this lovely hotel recently at the beginning and end of our trip to Japan and had an amazing time. Great shuttle bus service to Narita station and Aeon Mall and highway bus to Tokyo made getting around a breeze. Loved the Narita temple and gardens. Excellent, friendly staff. Food buffet is wonderful. Gym and spa facilities are excellent. Why not play tennis or golf? A one hole par 3 is there so you can work on your short game. Bus schedule to city city is always on time. Spend a couple of hours walking around the temple is peaceful serenity. Look for the ponds and... More

This is a really nice hotel that is close to the airport. Perfect for short stays or when doing long layovers. The place was VERY clean and well organised. My bed was very comfortable and included a turn down service that I didn't even know about. Coming back to my room after dinner I found some nice chocolates and everything... More
