3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

excellent service and a very nice staff are the main pluses. The shuttle bus ride from the airport does take a while and the hotel feels quite remov d from the airport itself. The room was near as a pin and nice, but on close inspection the age and condition of the property shows...there's a wee bit of mold here... More

I got greeted by very friendly staff members when I arrived at the hotel after a long bus ride in the late afternoon. During my check-in, the front desk gave me a warm welcome and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a Business Class room. Upon entering the room I noticed there was a signed letter from the General Manager... More

I'd read previous reviews which stated that English spoken by the staff was limited, but I found everyone I conversed with sufficiently fluent. All employees were helpful and courteous, the breakfast buffet offered anything you might possibly want for only Y1600, and the sports bar had Y450 beer during happy hour (6:00 to 8:00 P.M. if I remember correctly). Excellent... More

This stay was actually a layover, but it was long enough to warrant a hotel stay. This hotel was pretty far from the airport (20 minutes or so), but I'm so glad we chose this hotel. The service was excellent and most of the staff there were fluent in English. They really went above and beyond to deliver great service... More

The Radisson Hotel Narita could hardly be called a charming hotel, cute or glamorous it is not. But efficient, clean, comfortable, affordable and clean it is. The free airport shuttle is quick and efficient, as is reception. Only minutes and we are heading off to our business suite. We have sacrificed a business upgrade flying to Tokyo, for a good... More

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Narita Radisson. It convenient to the airport, and although there are no restaurants outside, the hotel itself has a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. The staff is outstanding.

Outwardly the place is like a palace, big spacious open areas. big rooms. This place would be great for a wedding and it is easy to see why the airlines like it. For short stay business travel it's less than ideal. Several things whilst the surrounding area is beautiful, safe and brilliantly clean, there are no shops stores or services. In... More

we stayed here for 1 night as we had a early morning flight home in the morning. The check was quick and easy and they spoke good English. Rooms were drab and dated. but as it was for only 1 night it was fine Hotel was very busy and was full of crew and pilots from Delta airlines I believe... More

I have stayed at the Radisson Narita on a couple of overnight transits in Japan and I really loved this hotel. First, I must say that it is a little far from the airport, but when you get there and see how beautifully maintained the property is you'll forget about the long shuttle ride. It has a gorgeous lawn area... More

Spacious room, nice service and convenient shuttle bus service to Narita Town, airport and Tokyo Station. This is a hotel recommanded by company. But I will choose this hotel if I have only 1 or 2 night stay in Tokyo.
