We stayed here for 1 night after arriving from the states on a 5 pm flight. We figured we'd be too tired to move on that evening and we were right. The Radisson met our needs - provided us with an affordable, convenient, clean and quiet place to stay upon arrival before heading to Kyoto the next day. There is... more

My husband and I decided at the last minute to spend our last night in the Tokyo area at a hotel near the airport rather than at our son's distant suburban apartment, and we lucked into this hotel during an Internet search two days before our morning departure from Narita. We were lucky not just because we ended up in... more

Radisson hotel can said to be a low price resort not hotel. The location is bad as it is too far from the station and there really nothing much around the around the area. There is only one restaurant in the Radisson and the price is high. A Japanese plum wine which only fit one mouth can cost 600 Yen.... more

We had a one-night stopover in Narita and stayed in this pleasant hotel. Staff were very friendly and professional, the shuttle from/to the airport was complimentary, it was quiet and was just what we needed. We had tried to book through wotif and other booking agencies but didn't seem to be able to book ONE room only for us and... more

We stayed at this hotel on the way to Paris. We booked for junior suite room. The room was big enough for 4 of us (2adult and 2 children) and very clean and modern. Eventhough we had to wait for shuttle service to the hotel, it was OK for us. The driver was very polite. The hotel itself was clean... more

We stayed here on a stopover from Hong Kong back to the US to visit a friend. The hotel had a convenient bus to Tokeyo where we met our friend. We were just a little disappointed with the room. The bathroom was old and dingy looking and the room was borderline old looking. more

Hotel is located in a somewhat remote area but if you are not on a very tight schedule it offers complimentary shuttle to the main attractions of the area -a famous Buddhist temple- Naritasan, and a shopping mall. I found this to be a nice and peaceful hotel, with very nice grounds, comfortable and quiet rooms, etc. The service and... more

Given the reasonable cost of the hotel we were not expecting anything special. From the moment the hotel bus picked us up at the airport until it took us back there, the whole experience was of comfort and efficiency. The hotel and its amenities (pools, gym, restaurants and extensive grounds) are excellent, the staff helpful and courteous. The hotel is... more

Although it is not a new hotel, the management and upkeep are superb. The lobby level is spacious with a sundries shop, takeout/coffee stand, childrens play area. There is a large lobby bar that serves tea in the afternoon. The restaurant has breakfast and dinner buffets that are beautifully set up, tempting and a wide selection of japanese and western... more

My family and i had a wonderful 2 nights at the Radisson Narita. After a long flight from the UK the bus was waiting as soon as we walked out the front of the airport. About 15 minutes to the hotel which was seamless. On arrival the Guest Relations Manager - Osada San greeted us at the front door and... more
