A nice get-away place from the daily grind metropolis of Tokyo. We stayed one night and enjoyed the all you can eat buffet (dinner / breakfast), nice clean pool (water comes from a natural spring!), great hospitality from the staff and nice facilities. Highlight was High-Tea - enjoying a traditional British high-tea experience at an affordable price. We will definitely... More

This hotel is convenient to Narita Airport and is a good choice to "transition" in your travels to/from Japan. Although the rooms are a bit shabby & need some TLC, things were clean. The California Restaurant was fabulous! Great value, delicious food and excellentservice. We would probably stay here again, as it is a good "pit stop".

Needed a solid place to relax with 9 hours between international flights. Chose Radisson Narita as I've had good experiences with Radisson brand. The shuttle bus seems to only come by every 45-60 mins for pickup...so it's catch as catch can. (But the return bus to Narita runs like clockwork -- on time.) Hotel is a lazy 15-20 minute ride... Shuttle service to/from hotel was reliable. Shuttle to temples was also very nice. Eateries on site were not very good. Hotel staff spoke enough English to help out and answer questions. Pool looked nice, beds were comfortable and internet was very fast.

I wonder how this hotel can still exist. Old with stinky rooms and bathrooms, everything is worn out, absolutely horrible interior and exterior. We were afraid to be sick so didn't try the food. The only positive thing about this hotel is the helpful staff who is almost apologizing for the rest with their good service. This hotel should be... More

If you are self-responsible person and need relax time, I recommend this hotel. No childish behaviors, no noisy events, no interruption during your stay. Just cold pool with sunny weather. Wonderful hospitality you will be offered.

The hotel is rather tired. We stayed for one night and ate in the Sports Bar which was poor - service, food and cleanliness. The rooms were OK and it was great to use the pool after a day of travelling. Overall - OK value for money and convenience but not a great experience.

The Radisson Narita is not the closest of the airport hotels but it was a wonderful way to start to ease back into western life. With two shuttles an hour from Narita it is easy to get to - the bus ride is between 20 minutes and half an hour depending on traffic. They also do a shuttle from downtown... More

I was only in Tokyo for a night for business. This was my first time ever visiting Japan. I don't speak the language but the staff spoke English reasonably well and made me very comfortable. I will be returning to this hotel and looking forward to stellar service in the future.
