Outwardly the place is like a palace, big spacious open areas. big rooms. This place would be great for a wedding and it is easy to see why the airlines like it. For short stay business travel it's less than ideal. Several things whilst the surrounding area is beautiful, safe and brilliantly clean, there are no shops stores or services. In... More

we stayed here for 1 night as we had a early morning flight home in the morning. The check was quick and easy and they spoke good English. Rooms were drab and dated. but as it was for only 1 night it was fine Hotel was very busy and was full of crew and pilots from Delta airlines I believe... More

I have stayed at the Radisson Narita on a couple of overnight transits in Japan and I really loved this hotel. First, I must say that it is a little far from the airport, but when you get there and see how beautifully maintained the property is you'll forget about the long shuttle ride. It has a gorgeous lawn area... More

A great hotel with big comfy rooms. Soft beds. Warm showers in clean bathrooms. The restaurants in the hotel offer a good range at decent prices. It was a Shane that the pool was closed on the days that I was there as I would have loved to try them out. But otherwise was a fantastic place to stay.

We stayed at the Radisson Narita for one night before our long flight home. We had an early flight, and were a little nervous about transit from Tokyo to Narita at morning rush hour. Definitely think we made the right decision. We were able to have a relaxing evening and great nights sleep before leaving Japan. The standard room was very... More

Great hotel located near the airport. While it's not exactly at the airport, transportation to and from the hotel to airport is convenient and timely. Great amenities here too. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff- they really go the extra mile/kilometer to get the job done. Though surrounded by farms, there are restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores located... More

Generous size rooms - larger than any others I experienced in Japan. There's a great free shuttle service to Narita township (Aeon plaza) and train station. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffets. All in all a very nice hotel for a very good price.

This hotel more than met our needs and was a great value. It is located 25 minutes from the airport, so it would have been easier to visit restaurants and shops if we stayed closer to Narita City. However the free shuttles/buses were great and eased our minds on traveling in a country where we did not speak the language... More

Maid service was excellent but room condition was not. Carpets in hall of wing building were old, stained and ratty. Sink was chipped in room bathroom. Staff at counter of gym and indoor pool not overly helpful.

A nice get-away place from the daily grind metropolis of Tokyo. We stayed one night and enjoyed the all you can eat buffet (dinner / breakfast), nice clean pool (water comes from a natural spring!), great hospitality from the staff and nice facilities. Highlight was High-Tea - enjoying a traditional British high-tea experience at an affordable price. We will definitely... More
