We decided to break a trip from CDG to Normandie by overnighting at Domaine de la Louveterie which had been recommended by friends. The owner Pietro Cossu-Deiana made contact with us in Australia when we first booked back in February and kindly agreed to provide an evening meal as in- house meals are not normally offered on Monday evenings. He... More

We enjoyed this outstanding hotel and all of its amenities. The rooms were great and the location superb. Their conceirge was so helpful. We all adored the restaurants that the conceirge suggested, especially the Cafe on the corner.

Good Morning Thank you for this report, but we are afraid this is not for Domaine de la Louveterie, and we do not want to take the advantage of such a comment and take it for us when someone else deserves it. We are on a private Valley in the middle of the woods and there is no "Café" around... More

This delightful B & B - a restored but unspoilt large family house - was a most welcome stop-over in remote, quiet, forested countryside. Pietro, the multi-lingual Sardinian proprietor is a civilised and friendly host - charming and approachable . The interior is dark but well-furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beamed, up steep staircases (beware if you have heavy luggage!).... More

Hello Margaret Many thanks for posting your opinion here. And many thanks again for your visit, your cheerfullness and your marvellous sense of humor. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Actually, - I should perhaps not say too much in advance, but we are more than seriously thinking of a "true shower" equipment in one or two rooms...... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Domaine de La Louveterie. A wonderful, traditional building; beautifully and sensitively decorated inside and situated within acres of rolling French countryside as far as the eye can see. The quaint local village was everything you'd expect from an idyllic French country hamlet and everyone we met was very friendly and hospitable.

We discovered La Louveterie through a simple search on the Internet looking for a weekend away close to Paris and hoping to discover Le Perche. I was attracted by the lovely photos from a magazine article I had read about this lovely place but had no idea what we would find upon our arrival. Not only was La Louveterie as... More

Wow what a place.....le Domaine de la Louveteri is set in a very quaint and beautiful surrounding hills of South Normandy. The The 17th century mansion has newly been renovated with a touch of class by the new owners. Our room was decorated comfortably and stylishly. We enjoyed lovely walks during the day and the incredible refined french cuisine we... More

My husband and I just returned from a three weeks travel in France. The last step of our french adventure was a four days long stay at the Domaine de la Louveterie and its peaceful environment. This post will probably not reflect all of our unforgettable experience at this little gem in Le Perche, a really nice and picturesque area... More

Set in the rolling hills of the Perche in Lower Normandie this lovely old farmhouse has stylish individually furnished and very comfortable rooms. It is very secluded and was difficult to find in the first instance - by the same token it is completely peaceful. We were the only guests and so perhaps got special treatment but M. and Mme... We had a very nice insight of "Le Perche", unknown french really nice place in South Normandy, thanks to le Domaine de la Louveterie. Very nice, helpfull, and really welcoming people. The room was large, clean and smartly decorated. The surrounding are magic (hills and valley). The XVIIth century mansion is nestled there, close to the forest. Horses in the... More

I would definitely recommend la Domaine to almost everyone. It's a beautiful old building that has been restored completely and now offers all you need for a comfortable stay in the countryside. It's not far from civilized world, but I personally love the fact that it is located in the countryside. The hotel offers everything you need: from an outdoor... More
