Booked last min through late rooms as the price was ridiculously cheap for the area. The hotel looked tired but the beds were clean and all new bedding and a good nights sleep was had by all. The room had everything in it that was needed, including biscuits and hot chocolate, which when arriving at 22.30 at night was very... More

To be honest we booked the hotel just because of the price, it was actually the cheapest hotel near to Old Trafford football stadium, the price was £56 for a double room for the wjhole weekend. There was no breakfast included in the price, but anyways I believe the price was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and the metro station... More

I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find in Manchester and it's a beautiful old building. It has excellent connections into Manchester (the tram being practically next door) and a bar that is open until 4 am. Before I arrived, I checked tripadvisor and became slightly worried due to a couple of negative reviews. My fears... More

We had to visit Manchester and having found this hotel at a decent price of £33 for a double room on Booking.com. No breakfast included (£7 extra each) but it was reasonable enough for us to stay overnight. We arrived in the dark - plenty of free parking and just yards from Trafford Bar Metrolink Station . Nice building, if in... More

I've stayed at the Trafford Hall Hotel on 3 occasions. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the rooms are of a good size and clean. Sandwiches are plentiful in the bar on match days and due to its location it is a great base for any weekend and the football. 1 minute walk away from the metro link tram... More

Stayed here with my son after the rugby league Grand Final. Superb location, excellent staff. excellent breakfast and large, very clean room. Would be rated as very good if my shower had worked properly but not a major issue! Lovely stair cases even impressed my 15 year old!

Stayed for 1 night and it's beautiful inside. Rooms are very spacious too (for the price I was delighted that the rooms were much nicer and larger than if expected!!) the lady who checked us in was really friendly too and very helpful - more so than most hotels! If management are reading this, we stayed fri 26th sep and... More

I stayed for one night as I was flying out from Manchester the next day. The room was clean and tidy and despite the bar was very quiet. The bar was okay and well stocked and despite being a hotel bar had some well kept beer. The thing that really topped it off and took it from a 3 to... More

We stayed here this weekend to go to a wedding in Manchester. With the Labour Party in town most places were expensive so we tried here. From the outside it looks run down, but inside it is clean, quiet and tidy. The location was great and ideal to get into Manchester. The tram is footsteps away. It also offers free... More

Stayed for the first time at this hotel overnight recently on a work trip. Having read many reviews of his work, was disappointed to learn on arrival that Brian was not back in until Friday (stayed on a Monday) - assume he was on annual leave. Rooms basic and a bit tired, but acceptable. The shower was very poor. Convenient... More
