The staff at this hotel could not have been friendlier. The rooms are beatifuuly decorated and spacious. The spa is pure relaxation and the treatments were fabulous. Arriving at Formby Hall, the reception staff are excellent. The rooms are comfortable, generously sized and with splendid bathrooms.
