During one of the hottest weeks in July we spent 4 days in paradise... Chiusa di Carlo is really a piece of heaven. Service is formidable, the breakfast and lunch (paid additionally) is simple, fresh, healthy and very tasty food. The rooms are spacious, no noise from neighbouring rooms, perhaps a little bit dark but in the heat of the... More

I should not encourage anyone to come here, we consider this our small (deserved) piece on heaven. 4th summer here, keeps on improving, perfect guests, fantastic rooms, scent of lemons from the trees all around it, few 100's mt from blue sea. Please do not come. here, leave it for us!!

We spent a week by the pool in the middle of a lemon grove, watching swallows swooping down plucking insects from the gorgeously clean water, sleeping like logs in the freshly laundered linen in our wonderfully restored barn conversion and enjoying the gorgeous Sicilian weather. Marisa, Signor Sebastiano and all the staff were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed freshly... More

Chuisa di Carlo is a gem of a place. Marisa, the owner, is charming and welcoming and all the staff are exceptionally warm. We stayed one week and loved it. The rooms are large and clean and nicely furnished. The pool was delightful, large enough for kids to splash around and tranquil for adults as surrounded by citrus trees and... More

I just visited this agriturismo in a group of 3 couples. The rooms we stayed in were: Aranceto, Maggiolino, and Uliveto. More about the rooms to follow at the end of this review. The service: We went to the beach at the nearby Cavagrande Reserve, which is beautiful and only a short drive, and checked into the agriturismo around 4:30pm.... More

The B& B is surrounded by lemon groves. It is a very beautiful building. There is a large courtyard with a garden area and outside tables and chairs. It was a perfect setting for an afternoon cocktail and after dinner drink. It is a very quiet and peaceful setting. The pool is large and well kept. The rooms are nicely... More

Chiusa di Carlo was one of the guest houses we chose to stay at on our 2 week round trip of Sicily Overall: Located close to the wonderful city of Noto, which is well worth a visit, Chiusa di Carlo offered us a lovely and relaxing stay before moving onto our final night in Siracuse. The hazienda like farm house... More

I loved the building and the surrounding lemon yard and that's the HUGE GOOD POINT of Chiusa, the room was also very nice (however the cleaning service could be better). The swimming pool was well kept, clean and not crowded. BUT: - As everybody says: the owners could be more interested in their guests you can see them only in... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with our two children. The photos on the website are an accurate representation of the place, which is visually stunning. As well as the large courtyard there is a garden area with tables and chairs and a play area for children. The pool is enormous and well kept, and surrounded by the lemon groves. All... More

Stayed for two nights during a driving tour of Sicily. Was in a good location. Loved the cute courtyard. We could smell the lemons being harvested during breakfast. Very nice rooms with drinks provided to enjoy in the courtyard. Sebastian was very sweet and helped with our limited Italian. Also had private access to the great spa and sauna facility... More
