The hotel is old but the places is clean. The hot spring is very good. Service is excellent. The breakfast is normal, we did not eat dinner in the hotel, if you want, you must reserved one day before. We arrived around 8 p.m. The hotel nearby have two fast food shop, one pizza restaurant open 24 hours, the another... More

After two weeks in Tokyo, a weekend trip to the Izu peninsula was was a great way to wind down and relax before flying home. We spent one night here, in a japanese style room, beautiful sea view. Service is ok, shutle to the station and to the beach. Reception calls a taxi and offers to book a restaurant for diner. It's not unfortettable, but simple and convenient. And please note that japanese kaiseki diner is not mandatory, even if travel agent says so. We... More

The service was worse, they tricked us about the rate. We checked many times about they rate and they actually didn't understand about what we were asking..then they didn't admit it.. I felt worse after they said they will charge us per hour. I was thinking how can they trick foreigners and ask them pay more
