Stopped here for a late evening bite to eat. Atmosphere and staff friendly, but portions very miserable. Adults size and children's nearly the same, very small. When we asked for half rice and chips this appeared to be a big issue, resulting in a small ramekin of chips ( 4 in total) and a small ramekin of rice, the same... More

returned to the Valley hotel twice in a week recently and on both occasions the food and service were excellent . On the Friday night my guest and I had dinner in the warm and lively ambience of the lounge . A warm greeting from staff as soon as we entered and despite being very busy we were served quickly... I stayed here feb 1st for my dads funeral. The hotel is fabulous, with a warm, friendly atmosphere. A special mention to Lisa, William, Peter, Mark & Singh who went the extra mile, thank you so much, you really are a fabulous team. I will be back every year for my dads anniversary and would highly recommend this hotel for... More

Stayed over for one night, had evening meal and breakfast and both were of first class quality, really enjoyable. Rooms and decor are a bit dull and old looking bit of a musky damp smell about the corridors and room. Bed was comfortable, room was warm and cosy, quiet. Paid £12 to go to the entertainment, wastold by reception to... More

Stayed at the hotel on Friday and Saturday of last weekend, as we were attending a family wedding that was taking place there. From the minute we arrived, (even though it was midnight), the staff were incredibly helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast the next day was as good as any hotel I have stayed at, and... More

On Friday evening past, I went along with roughly 30 others for a fabulous meal in the valley hotel, fivemiletown. We were warmly greeted & attended to hand on foot! Nothing is too much trouble for Lisa, Greg; Paul or Diane. The food was delicious like usual & service with a smile! Thank you oxo

I booked a 50th birthday celebration at the hotel. Am not from the area, but stop off at the hotel on our way home from visits to Fermanagh. I have always found the food, service and hospitality to be exceptional. From my initial visit to book my function, having met with Diane at reception, I knew I had made the... More

I have been to the valley hotel lots and lots of times as I used to live in Fivemiletown. I moved to England 26 years ago and when I go home I visit for some food and drink. It always has a wide and varied menu and the chef is also happy to chop and change to suit the needs... More

This is the kind of establishment one would travel many miles to visit. Great service, great food, great atmosphere/decor and excellent traditional hospitality values. Kudos to all that make it a great place! Family run which shows - as the level of attention to detail, care and treatment customers are shown is second to none. The menu is varied, interesting...
