My girls and I stayed at the Alpine for spring break this year and we were very please with the accommodations. Our room was well equipped and suited our needs and comfort quite well. Having ski lockers large enough to hold four pairs of skis is a nice perk as well. You'll have to walk about 50 yards uphill to... More

It was about the only ski in, ski out place at Taos that we could afford. It had great ratings which it lived up to. My husband and I stayed in a King suite and it just had everything we needed: nice bed, couch, functional mini kitchen, flat screen TV, balcony, fireplace. I absolutely loved the Bear décor that the... More

We stayed at Alpine Village hotel and we had great time there, the hotel is really close to the ski area, shops and restaurants, this is really convenient when you have to walk with your skis and poles at 10 ºF. Julie was an amazing host, she helped us with everything we needed. The room was very complete, we prepared... More

Was there for three days over the Thanksgiving holiday. We stayed at Cottam Lodge which is 1.5 miles from the resort. It is an older building that had been refreshed we had everything we needed for our group in the room. Free wifi was a bonus because we had no service with AT&T. Front desk desk staff was amazing and... More

We just returned from a very pleasant night at Alpine Village. I was concerned after recent reviews about lack of heat and noise but all went well. We stayed in king suite #9, just one floor up from reception. The room was large and charmingly decorated with a forest and bears theme. The gas fireplace came on immediately with the... More

Although I travel a great deal and have done so for fifty years, I have never before written a review on tripadvisor and only do so now as a warning to others who may go to Taos Ski Valley. When we arrived october 1, 2014, the temperature was in the low 40s. The forecast for the next morning was 27... More

We stayed for two nights for a romantic get-away. I booked online in August, realized it was a Queen bed, so I immediately requested to be changed to a King room. I received an email (that said $50 additional charge), so I called the hotel to confirm and was told "No problem, it's an extra $50"; if only I had... More

Staff was very courteous and attentive. Great location and rooms clean and attractive. Our room had gas fireplace, balcony, and kitchenette. Breakfast (waffles) comes with room. In summer, we were in a 3d floor room which was warm, but opened door and room cooled room nicely and we slept with the sound of the creek. Highly recommend.

We spent three nights in the Taos Ski Valley at the Alpine Village Suites while attending a music festival that was held at the base of the main ski lift. Alpine Village was very convenient to the venue and rooms very comfortable. This was our second time to stay at Alpine Village and it continues to be our favorite place... More

This was the perfect place to stay for the music festival. Just steps away from the festival entrance and the village restaurants. We had a spacious room with a kitchenette and balcony, all at a very reasonable price.
