Excellent location, on the road to the ski area. Plenty of hiking nearby. Has a nice central common room with large TV, microwave, you can bring in your own meal & eat there. It is a 10 min drive to the ski area, and 20 from the town of Taos. So dinner options are limited. Outside hot tub is quite... More

We stayed here over MLK day for a quick family ski trip. We stayed on the second floor and had a loft room. It was perfect for my son to have some separation by climbing up the ladder to his queen size bed. This offered privacy for dressing but we could talk like we were right next to each other.... More

This is my second stay at Columbine Inn & Conference Center. I will return again in the future. The attentive staff and excellent breakfast make for a great lodging experience when visiting Taos Ski Valley.

This was my third time to stay at the Columbine Inn and I have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The rooms are clean and spacious. The new flooring is especially nice and the homey feeling is a treat. The owners, Paul and Susie are great and continually making improvements to the property. The cook to order breakfast is to die for... More

My husband and I stayed here during thanksgiving week. We liked it and for sure we recommend it. The hotel is just 2 minutes from the Ski Valley, rooms are big enough with a small refrigerator and microwave, breakfast is included and is very good.

Wonderful accommodations, delicious breakfast that is included, free shuttle service to ski area, customer service five star, and rooms immaculate with all the amenities! Love it and will stay there again and again!

We stayed here at the end of August and loved it! It was very quiet and the owner, Susie, showed up at our room right after we got there asking if everything was okay and did we need anything. It's true the TV in the room gets only a few channels - but the lovely TV room on the second... More

First, let me say I'm not sure what monkey83 expected when they arrived. It's a locally owned establishment with a small number of staff. The great folks who own it also live there and deserve a life. We had no problem with finding our key in an envelope with our names on it or locating our room, which couldn't be... More

We arrived at the Inn around 5:30 pm only to find that there was no staff on duty, just an envelope with our name on it, unceremoniously taped to the shuttered lobby desk. We found our room, an older offering with dated carpeting, mini-fridge, and furniture. There were absolutely no other humans around . . . we felt like we... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions. We apologize for not being at the office during your arrival. Our destination is typically very quiet during the week in the summer so we apologize that our office was not open during your arrival. However, someone is always onsite and available for any... The hotel isn't located in the "real" Taos Ski Valley. Its a bit lower but totally worth to think about if you are going to spend some time in this area. I was a walk-in when I headed for Wheeler peak. I arrived around 5pm and the office was closed at the time but when I was going to call... More
