I love the Columbine. It's an traditional style ski lodge with great views of the pines as if you're nestled in the woods. There are quaint little living rooms for guests with a TV and fire place and an outdoor jacuzzi! The second floor has really unique "Loft" rooms that are really spacious and fun. I highly recommend staying here.... More

Came here with my son for 4 days/3 nights. We stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds. One bed was in a loft, the other in the main room. It was a perfect setup for us. My son could have his own space. He had his own TV, Bed up there in the loft. That way I could do... More

Love this place! Susie & Paul, the owners are amazing! Our stay was fun. The breakfasts served were delicious, hot and hearty. It's a perfect way to start a day of skiing. The shuttle to the ski lift means that I can park my car when I get there, and no need to drive 'til I leave unless I want... More

I would not recommend staying here to anyone who wants to enjoy their time off the slopes. Poorly managed and uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. The breakfast included with the room is the only positive thing about this cheap motel.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We sincerely apologize that your recent stay was not to your satisfaction and due to the holiday weekend, we were unable to correct your travel agent’s mistake in room type. Inn is a good description. It's a few too many rooms to be called a B&B, but has a very warm feel. They do serve a good breakfast to get you going in the morning. Service was great and very nice rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was great. The shower curtain was brand new as it... More

Excellent location, on the road to the ski area. Plenty of hiking nearby. Has a nice central common room with large TV, microwave, you can bring in your own meal & eat there. It is a 10 min drive to the ski area, and 20 from the town of Taos. So dinner options are limited. Outside hot tub is quite... More

We stayed here over MLK day for a quick family ski trip. We stayed on the second floor and had a loft room. It was perfect for my son to have some separation by climbing up the ladder to his queen size bed. This offered privacy for dressing but we could talk like we were right next to each other.... More

This is my second stay at Columbine Inn & Conference Center. I will return again in the future. The attentive staff and excellent breakfast make for a great lodging experience when visiting Taos Ski Valley.

This was my third time to stay at the Columbine Inn and I have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The rooms are clean and spacious. The new flooring is especially nice and the homey feeling is a treat. The owners, Paul and Susie are great and continually making improvements to the property. The cook to order breakfast is to die for... More

My husband and I stayed here during thanksgiving week. We liked it and for sure we recommend it. The hotel is just 2 minutes from the Ski Valley, rooms are big enough with a small refrigerator and microwave, breakfast is included and is very good.
