Having haunted TSV as a family for many years in the past, we relaxed for a few then returned as just a couple more recently choosing The Edelweiss for location as well as reputation . . . we were not disappointed. We have holidayed at many of TSV's best spots and enjoyed most of them. The Edelweiss was the best... More

We love this ski mountain. The area needs more amenities. The Edelweiss has a nice bar and restaurant. Our condo was poorly furnished and cramped because of bulky furniture. The management is responsive and thoughtful. It is convenient for skiers.

The Edelweiss is truly ski in and ski out. The hotel/condo accommodations are first class. We booked a one bedroom/2 bath suite with a full kitchen that was spacious for 3 adults and 1 child. We overlooked the courtyard and the mountain. The kitchen was big enough to cook dinner and have breakfast every day. I recommend if driving to... More

Absolutely love this place. Great location, we have reserved the same unit for 3 years now. Unit 104 is a 3 bedroom with a den so there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The staff is very accommodating and made our stay very relaxing and hassle-free. This year we went for 5 days arriving on... More

True ski in ski out location is just one of the many perks to this condo. The staff was always very helpful and professional throughout our stay, and the room was very nice as well. If you're there to ski you will appreciate the ski boot lockers, they are equipped with dryers so that you have dry boots at the... More

This lodge is all individually owned condo units which are rented out. We stayed for 3 nights in early September for Michael Hearne's Big Barn Dance music festival. Our 1-bdrm condo unit was lovely! Very nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen (including bar glassware), and very comfortable bed. Any of the others we talked with also had nothing but great things... More

We stayed in the Edelweiss for the second consecutive year for Michael Hearne's Big Barn Dance. We were not disappointed. In fact, we dragged along some friends and they were also complementary of the accommodations in our two bedroom condo. In fact, we already have an option for next year. The manager on duty on the day after we arrived... More

The room was nice and clean. Let's say that there's more happening in the wintertime than summertime. It's for skiers! In the summer, the one person staffer leaves the front desk at 5pm but there are emergency numbers to call. I had to call several before finding someone to help with the 3 remotes...it became a science project. Wanted to... More

We are sorry that your stay was less than perfect. It is indeed quieter in Taos Ski Valley in the summer and that is why most people come in the summer (that, the great hiking, and the cool weather). We do reduce the hours of our service in the summer (daily 9am to 5pm) in accordance with the amount of... More

We have been skiing at Taos for several years. This was our first stay at Edelweiss. We highly recommend it for its exceptional service, location, & accommodations. The underground parking & slope side ski storage & boot lockers were very convenient, especially with children in ski school. Paying a bit more was worth it for all they offer.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and certainly look forward to seeing you back again. With a new lift to the top of Kachina Peak being installed this summer (tower bases have already been poured), the on mountain experience will only get better. Thanks for choosing the Edelweiss and for the great feedback. More
