There is no negative issue here, all good and perfect and totally mixed with contemporary art and old Tuscan Style. Giuseppe, Giovanni and the entire staff of this hotel just let you be, enjoy, drink, sleep and love. They are the best hosts in this hotel that is done to make you feel in your pietrantese home.

Our first time in this part of Tuscany. Chose to stay in Pietrasanta for its artistic history and our love of Botero who lives there part of the year. We stayed in Albergo for 2 nights which was the perfect amount of time. Service was great most especially from Simone and Giuseppe who both really went out of their way... More

What a great location for exploring the area (went to Cinque Terre and Lucca - both within 50 minutes). The hotel is located 5 minutes walking from the train station and right in the small town with lots of good restaurants (the shops are also very nice). Our room was large with a king bed and large marble bathroom (the... More

We fell in love with this city and this hotel almost immediately. The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the city and the region. The service at the hotel, especially Guiseppe and Simone, was outstanding. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. Highly recommended!

Nice interior but noisy, small room with no mini bar and subpar breakfast. Chilly service. The town itself is pretty for a day visit. Looking through the reviews, even the positive ones, I noticed that the management responded with hostility to even the smallest criticisms.

My young son and I were so excited to stay here after looking at the pictures and reading the reviews. We arrived after a long day of train travel in stifling heat and were so relieved to get there. The 40-something, baldish man at reception didn't smile or greet us. I told him our name and he demanded my passport... More

Beautiful, charming and authentic hotel. Great service by any standard and even more so when you consider it is not a large hotel. The lobby was beautiful. Room was clean, charming, and quiet. The staff couldn't be more accommodating or helpful. The atmosphere was super charming and unique. The town of Pietrasanta is likewise. No complaints. Just lovely - thank... More

From the arrival by car which was then whisked away to a garage, to a warm welcome at reception and the booking of a restaurant for dinner, to the lovely and spacious room there was nothing to criticise. Then after a good nights sleep, and an excellent breakfast our car was back outside the hotel right at the time we... More

Really, this small hotel could not be better. We arrived by train from Venice, and after some initial confusion, were picked up by hotel staff. We were warmly welcomed and upgraded to a stunning and spacious room on the second floor. The hotel is historic and elegant and decorated with stunning art. The breakfast room is set in a lush...
