We spent one night here as we were motorbiking around the Bolaven Plateau. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in Chalet 1 on the river and as we were the only ones there, it was like we had our own house for the night. We enjoyed having drinks on the patio and in the living room, listening to and... More

Set in beautifully landscaped gardens with flowing streams, lakes and waterfalls, this resort is bliss. A gorgeous, tranquil escape where you can truly relax and enjoy the surroundings. Of course the coffee is delicious! We had a tour of the plantation from one of the lovely staff who took the time to explain and show the coffee growing process in... More

It is great to sit on the veranda, reading a book with the noise of the creek surrounded by green. Having the meals on the veranda gave an extra dimension to the experience. The rooms are clean and nice, but slightly small and the bathroom is simple (there is hot water), the beds are somewhat hard to out taste. Mind... More

Upon arriving at the resort we got a very warm welcome and got given a tour of all available rooms, all in a very amiable manner. We liked what we saw and decided to stay for the afternoon and night. We picked the cheaper (smallest) room but were offered a bigger one at a nice discount. Our room was in... More

Beautiful resort. Charming quaint lodges with comfortable guest rooms and luxurious common areas. Lovely, landscaped grounds with water features and flowers. Great, inexpensive Lao food and drinks. Friendly service from attentive staff. We stayed in one of the least expensive rooms. It was small but comfortable (tiny bathroom). We were offered an upgrade to a room with a larger bathroom... We stayed at the Sinouk Coffee Resort for one night just after Pakse. The Coffee resort is very well maintained and the scenery is really beautiful. Rooms were nice too, all built in wood as we were in the chalet 1. If you're looking for a quiet stay in the Boloven Plateau, this is for you. There is no internet... More

After seeing the spectacular Tad Fane waterfalls, we arrived at the resort just after sunset. The typhoon was really blowing hard outside. The room appeared to be very new and at first glance, it appeared comfortable. The mattress was firm but not uncomfortable. Even though the room was in a new building, there were obvious signs of water damage, i.e.... More

Wonderful stylish homestead with beautiful handmade touches set beside a river and small cascading waterfall. Balcony's overlooking coffee plantation and wonderful attentive staff. We had the communal dining area and lounge areas to ourselves and loved this little oasis. Highly recommend

Coffee estate, botanical garden, English country cottages with Lao accents...it's hard to categorize Sinouk Coffee Resort. I am writing this from the porch of Chalet #1 (for later uploading, as there is no wireless), which is positioned above a stream that artistically cascades over boulders, descending into a pond where ten minutes ago, two Lao women and three young children...
