We stayed in one of the rooms facing the river. Room itself is good, lovely terrace towards the river. With 160.000K a bit overpriced, especially when considering the bad mattress. Restaurant is average, nicely set with river views though. What this hotel really lacks is friendly service. Nobody seems interested and the owner is on the edge of being rude.... More

We booked a standard double room via a booking site. The room was advertised at usd 15 per night, and as offering river views and TV. When we checked in, we were shown a room with neither views nor TV. I queried this with one of the employees who took us to a room facing the river, but still no... More

Some rooms, more expensive have a view on the mekong river. Small rooms, dirty bathroom, no sope Staff is noisy and barely polite, the owner the same I forgot my lonely planet there and came back the day after to reclame it, it disappeared apparently, I don't what people there can do with a book written in french. this place has a nice view of the river and a decent location in Champasak. The owner is friendly and speaks some English but was not overly helpful. The staff in general are not attentive and did not clean our room which I would expect at that price. Rooms are very, very basic. Hard mattress and uncomfortable linens. I am... More

We stayed here during a tour to the 4000 Islands. It's a nice place at the Mekong riverside. The room had view at the Mekongriver. The room had two doors to go outside with both a different key, but we only got one key. The bathroom didn't look to clean.

We stayed in a double room at 55000 kip for 2 nights, they have a nice garden with view of the Mekong and 3 cool kitten. The room was basic, a bit dark maybe and I am not a big fan of duvet with notduvet cover or a flat sheet but everything was working and we were happy with our... More

Everything was "enough" as far as clean, comfortable, affordable in comparison to the other options we had found in Champasak. I'm sorry I don't have the name for the place we first visited but we were immediately picked up by a driver at the boat pier who made the offer to take us into town to his guesthouse where we... We stayed here as it seemed to be the only decent budget place in town. Overall the place was average. The rooms in our opinion are overpriced as they are quite dated. We were first charged 100k kip for an air-con room but it was a really worn room with a broken shower head. So we asked to change to... More

We arrived in Champasak tired and dusty, but decided to walk from the boat landing to Anouxsa Guesthouse ,not being too sure how far it was.We were followed by a very persistent tuk tuk driver who told us it was 'very far'.So after 10 minutes I relented and agreed to pay the 10000 kip to take us the 'next 2km'.we sped... We stayed in one of the rooms facing the nice garden with the Mekong in the background. The porch had chairs and table so you could relax, enjoy the view and use free wifi - wifi didn't work inside the room. Our room was clean, and had air conditioning and a fan. We could see insect screens on every door... More
