We just staied there for one night as it was part of the package to go from Chaing Mai to Luang Prabang. I would never stay in that Guesthouse again. As there are better choices around. To use the pool you have to pay entrance. The food is average. The bathrooms are shared and seem not really clean.

+ stayed here for one night (part of a tour) + good wifi + places looks nice - wooden walls, so very noisy - you have to pay for the pool - people speak very bad English - shared showers have limited hot water

As part of a package tour to Luang Prabang via slowboat, I really didn't expect too much from this place especially after checking some of the previous reviews! We were given a room with a double bed and a single bed with a fan. Quite a pleasant room with large ensuite bathroom, more than adequate for the one night.

Location is good, if you arrive with bus from thailand, no need to pay for tuktuk, just walk 5 mins and you are at guesthouse. Walls are really thin and you can hear everything (outside and in your room) what all of the People staying on guesthouse talk on their rooms. Basic guesthouse, if you do not expect too much... We came here as part of package slowboat to laungprabang. The room was small, with one plug. Reasonable beds, all clean though. Individual mosquitoes nets which was a godsend as the mekong is over the road. The dinner hall plays movies and has a great surround sound system. Food was ok. Entrance to the pool was 50 baht which sucked... More

In at 1939 and out next day at 0730... room basic but clean and good wifi and good AC. Pool available. Close to mini-mart and cheap local restaurants. If you are in need of a cost effective well located place, it will do the job.

We only stayed one night here, we arrived late and left early. The room was nice, with two beds in it. The bathroom was ok and the wifi actually only worked there. The walls are rather thin so you have to hope that you have quiet neighbors. We ate breakfast there as well which was ok and the staff was... More

It's not difficult to find and it offers a swimming pool. Bathroom is shared (u can opt for personal bathroom at a higher rate). Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Non air conditioned rooms comes with a mosquito net. Food wise there is a restaurant. You can choose to walk out (1 minute walk out) and tons of hawkers for u... More

Went here with the G adventures group, was fine in the day and the pool was nice just be careful ladies as it makes your hair go a bit blue if you stay in for too long. It's right by a supermarket and restaurant but the rooms are very dull and it's not a proper door so Mosquitos fly in... More

After having the worst ride of my life and getting car sick really bad, we arrived at a supposedly good looking guest house that didn't cost so much. At first the room looked ok, wired bathroom outdoor but again - ok. Then came the fleas. After having killed some that were on me, I approached the lady on the reception,... More
