Spent a night here in Room 114, a king river-view bungalow before our Nagi of Mekong cruise. Wish we'd known how great this was-we would have come a day or two earlier to enjoy relaxing on our lanai! Took a tuk-tuk about 2 km from the bus station (from Chiang Rai) and checked in quickly. No welcome drink. There are... More

Spent the night here before our Nagi of Mekong river cruise the next day. Wish we had known it would be so pleasant and nice-we would have come three days before our cruise and just relaxed on the lanai overlooking the river! Take a tuk-tuk from the bus station (a bit too far to walk with bags) which will take... More

We stayed for one night before getting a boat to Luang Prabang (with Nagi of the Mekong). The location is great, it took 5 minutes in a Tuk Tuk from the bus stop coming from chiang mai and is close to a good selection of restaurants/market/bars. There is a 7/11 around a 10-15 minute walk away. It took 15 minutes... More

We stopped here coming from Laos before heading to North Thailandia. We cannot but recommend this hotel. Clean, quite, beautiful setting and exceptional value for money. Special praise for the staff. Enjoy a stroll along the Mekong and views of Laos' riverside.

The place is located in a beautiful garden overlooking the Mekong River. Many big trees have been planted there recently. The rooms are cottages; our room had a great view. They are all comfortably furnished, beds are good, internet is working, people are friendly and helpful.

We spent just one night here before crossing the border to Laos. The hotel is at the northern edge of town along the riverfront. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony with the great river views. The room had everything we needed, including more hot water than we’ve found at other locations in SE Asia. We would note, however, that the... More

We were prepared to have accomodation in a quite basic 3* hotel and we were positively surprised. Our Riverview Room (take this, the view is worth the little extra fee!) was big enough, super-clean with a small, but well working bathroom. Nice and tasty breakfast. Internet complimentary. Very friendly staff. Beautiful gardens. Tipp: On Sunday morning the local monks do... More

This was a great little place to stay the night before we needed to be at the Thailand/Laos border at 8:00 a.m. the following morning - it was only 15 minutes by car which gave us some extra time in the morning for a nice breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable. And the location in the... More

We arrived at the hotel is a fair way from the bus station towards to end of the town. Check in was pleasant and wifi very good. They delivered us laos immigration forms to our room which had been dropped off by our prebooked mekong cruise (nagi of mekong - good but expensive). The room was nice with a balcony... More

Lovely bungalows, rooms spacious, clean, aircon, lovely bathroom with separate shower which is powerful. Lovely shampoo and shower gel available, wifi working great, cutesy balcony, lovely big double bed, friendly staff, great views overlooking the Melong River, coffee making facilities with 2 sachets of 3-in-1 coffee (must like sweet coffee ;-). Feels very decadent and luxurious to me; shame we... More
