This is not our first trip to Pico de Loro but it is our first stay at Pico Sands Hotel. The hotel room is quite spacious and has the usual amenities. However, it would really have been better if the toilet had a bidet. The staff were courteous and helpful and readily addressed our concerns (i.e. our request for additional... More

From rude security team at the gate to untrained staff, not worth the long travel and not worth a penny. Spent P9,200 per night and additional P3,000 per day consumable deposit. Forced to eat at their restaurant at the hotel with very poor menu and quality since there aren't many choices. Staffs were busy doing their business instead of greeting... More

Excellent experience! We rented a unit for only 4,500 per night. It was really nice, you can cook and bring your own utensils. The resort is really huge, very clean, nice and well maintained. There's chapel, nice swimmingpools, nice bar and restaurant.

8k was the price at the hotel, for immediate booking i didn't complain. but the 4k compulsary additional for amenities use was partly a shock, nonetheless we were already there so a little too late to complain either (should've read the 'fine print' for price details). swimming at the beach closes at 6pm, no signs noted for this info, bummer.... The hotel is part on appartment complex. If they are occupied by their owners in high season its going to be overcrowded. Although they have their own beach club the place is nevertheless packed. The beach facilities for the hotel guests are poor. Lot of sporting activities are possible. The rooms are simple decorated. Staff is very friendly and service... More

This place is for those people who are willing to spend money (lots of money). Everything you do has its price well except the swimming pool and some part of the beach (if you are a member/unit owner or if you paid the registration fee). The meals were ok but not that tasty. The hotel room is so spacious that... More

Staff needs training in customer service. From the pool boy to the waiters. Really bad service. Plus the food is blah. A total rip off. We went there for our annual team activity and paid a huge amount of money for amenities that we are not able to enjoy cuase they were closed. What was written in the contract was... More

If you need time to relax, and just have fun, and you want to be in the south, go here. We got the lagoon view. I feel so calmed just by looking at it. Room is clean, it feels okay, bed is alright, I like the bathroom - not too small, not too large. Food is average. I hope they... More

The place is kinda from the metro to be honest i drove almost 4 hours. Tip: take cavitex all the way to ternate and to the tunnel. Dont stay in the hotel, pick those condo units. If you will be staying far from the beach there is a free shuttle that goes back and forth. Accommodation: Unit was nice ,... More

It was our first time to come to this resort which is conveniently near Metro Manila. Well, the developer did a good job on improving this mountainous area. Going there is quite relaxing already as we saw huge trees and of course, the seaside. The staff were accommodating though they were not the "greeter" type, unlike the other resorts we've... More
