The hotel lobby is too small, not enough seating area for guests. The restaurant is pricey. Rooms are spacious, bed and linen are comfy. Wished there was a bath tub in addition to the shower room. The location is not easy to find and not easy to reach. The staff in the front desk need to improve on their know... More

When you pay over 10k a night, you expect the kind of quality like The Farm @ San benito or a sofitel etc. But this place lived up to the SM brand (I guess parent company) ....Mass Produced and packaged in a way the buyer is misled to believing it is exclusive. Whats good.... - Location location location. They got... More

We stayed here last weekend to celebrate my Mom-in-law's birthday. Scenery and outdoor activities were great in terms of variety. We were not very impressed with the food, we dined at Reef bar and the barbeque was burnt (made me think of carcinogenic foods) that we have to ask the server to replace it. Food portion was good, not much... More

This hotel offers top-of-the-line accommodations and facilities. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Free wi-fi available. We loved the refreshing calamansi juice welcome drink served to guests upon entry and we couldn't help but go for seconds and thirds. Buffet breakfast was served al fresco with adequate choices. There were several restos within the hotel and since you are... More

Accommodation,Food,Spa,Outdoor activities , I must truly say that Pico Sand Hotel is great! I recommend families to have their relaxing vacation here. Everything is well organized. Also, how can I forget my favorite pretty reservation executive, Ms. Bella Fernandez who assisted me in all the things I needed. She was very patient, very friendly. Me and my family felt very... Cons (1) Terrible non-member registration procedure. Took us exactly an hour under the heat of the sun to register. Worse than an EDSA traffic. Consumed a fraction of our gas. (2) Cash card system sucks. Takes 10 minutes to load cash in the card. "Q: Is there a cash refund? A: You can use the remaining balance of your card... More

The Good 1. With Cavitex Highway opened, going to Pico Sands should be quick (approx. 2hrs), barring any traffic. 2. The Beach in the Beach Club (we went to one reserved for members only) has a nice view. The Pool in the Beach Club is nice for unwinding and relaxing as well. 3. The resort has a lot of amenities... This is the main hotel of Pico de Loro resort. The rooms are spacious enough and good facilities, with either a beach view or a mountain view. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Restaurant is ok, but for those who are vegetarians you may have to order beforehand because it takes them 20-30 minutes to cook something that is... More
