We arrived at 2:45 pm on August 28th for an overnight stay and the front officer was friendly enough to accommodate us at once and provide us with a room. We were booked in a room with a queen sized bed but I requested to upgrade to a king sized bed and they never hesitated. The room smelled good with... More

I booked a room 2 months in advance...yes that long because i know for a fact that their contact number is super hard to reach. I have to do the follow up several times before they finally give me the reservation code. I also specifically asked for a twin bed but when we got there, we only got one bed.... More

Let me first say I was hesitant to stay here after reading all the somewhat negative reviews. With that said, I decided to give this resort a try because it was a last minute booking over a holiday weekend and I was able to get a good rate, around $85 usd/night. We arrived at 2pm using the tagaytay route. We... More

Huge pool and beach are the only things I love in this resort. Room: Although I like the idea of the window bed and a veranda fronting the beach, the room needs to be overhauled in terms of design, cleanliness, and equipment. Bathroom and shower area were not properly maintained/cleaned. Tiles are quite old and dirty. My family like this... More

I LOVED the view. The massive pool. The beach. The activities were limited but still we enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with our airconditioning but it was okay with me coz im not a fan of cold rooms. But my trip buddy was. So he kept on complaining. It took 2 or more but they fixed it eventually.... More

Average (at best) food, terrible service, old and outdated fixtures, horrible wifi (lobby only), expensive prices. That is the summary for me. I went there to snorkel and relax but this place drove me crazy!! Breakfast (set) was small and adequate but no fruits or juices included in price, the staff leaves table dirty or unclean while they stand around... More

We checked out of the hotel and about to approach the main gate. One of their STUPID security guard was IGNORANTLY INSPECTING HIS RIFLE SHOTGUN, WITH ITS MUZZLE POINTING AT OUR VEHICLE. Pointing a firearm to anything you don't intend to destroy is a big no no. This just shows how INCOMPETENT the security agency is for the industry. For... More

We arrived at the hotel around 3pm, check in was fast and easy. We were given a deluxe room at the north wing, room 519. There was a kitchen, dining and living room aside from the bedroom itself. The room was big and almost good enough for 4 people. The view of the beach from out room was so relaxing... More
