Huge pool and beach are the only things I love in this resort. Room: Although I like the idea of the window bed and a veranda fronting the beach, the room needs to be overhauled in terms of design, cleanliness, and equipment. Bathroom and shower area were not properly maintained/cleaned. Tiles are quite old and dirty. My family like this... More

My friends and i had a good time alright but we are wondering what action has been taken by the management against the guy who tried to break into our rooms, twice in ours and once in our friends'. Until we left, the management was not able to take the guy's name, didnt bother to take our names(as complainant), although... More

I LOVED the view. The massive pool. The beach. The activities were limited but still we enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with our airconditioning but it was okay with me coz im not a fan of cold rooms. But my trip buddy was. So he kept on complaining. It took 2 or more but they fixed it eventually.... More

Average (at best) food, terrible service, old and outdated fixtures, horrible wifi (lobby only), expensive prices. That is the summary for me. I went there to snorkel and relax but this place drove me crazy!! Breakfast (set) was small and adequate but no fruits or juices included in price, the staff leaves table dirty or unclean while they stand around... More

We checked out of the hotel and about to approach the main gate. One of their STUPID security guard was IGNORANTLY INSPECTING HIS RIFLE SHOTGUN, WITH ITS MUZZLE POINTING AT OUR VEHICLE. Pointing a firearm to anything you don't intend to destroy is a big no no. This just shows how INCOMPETENT the security agency is for the industry. For... More

We arrived at the hotel around 3pm, check in was fast and easy. We were given a deluxe room at the north wing, room 519. There was a kitchen, dining and living room aside from the bedroom itself. The room was big and almost good enough for 4 people. The view of the beach from out room was so relaxing... More

I had the worst experience in this resort!! Reservation was totally inefficient which resulted to the voidance of our metrodeal coupon. Email confirmation was sent accdg to them but did not get any. They said they will call to give feedback but did not do so!! Cecille of reservations even promised to call to give me feedback regarding our cancelled... More

I was very nervous about coming here after reading the reviews our family friend had already paid for the room(full price always use metro deals saves 50 percent) got to the room and had to check for cleanliness and sure enough the sheets had black marks and a silver dollar size stain god only knows what it was asked the... This hotel was absolutely appalling. The room was filthy. There were ants nest on the balcony and dead flies all over the ceiling. The bed linen was dirty. The towels had holes in them. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and every time there was a slightest movement it squeaked loudly. Breakfast was unpleasant. Every time you moved it seemed the... More
