Very clean, very spacious and very friendly staff, secure environment. We enjoyed our one night stay and we look forward to staying there again and again. A slight improvement on the breakfast part would help you do better.

location is good, i don't mind driving up the hill. Rooms at a first glance are large without attention to details. my toilet seat was broken, leaky sink, my friends room had a terrible smell from the bathroom, the water heater takes forever, you get a double room with a single glass a non functional kettle (seriously - its a... Visited with friends following good reviews. Location is very good and the pool was nice, if a touch cold and very noisy due to very loud rap music being played all day. Changing facilities and washrooms reasonably clean too. Service and food were less good. My vegetarian friend ordered pasta carbonara, but received spagetti bolognese as they'd run out of... More

Capital Hill was amazing. The view, location, and overall appearance was beautiful. We have loads of photos as it was just such a beautiful hotel. The welcome was special, as were the rooms and staff. We just found the evening staff on duty not to be very enthusiastic. We tried ordering a meal one evening, and everything we wanted was... More

This hotel has the most beautiful views of Nakuru and indeed the lake. Glorious. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive - and I have to say Faith, Ann and Martin made us feel right at home and were accommodating with all of our requests. Food was good, especially the steaks, and plentiful - breakfast encompassed fruits, coffee, pancakes and... More

I stayed in J block which is built on the edges of the hotel and offers an excellent view of Lake Nakuru. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. one room is sufficient for a family of four. The staff are courteous and supportive. It is difficult to locate but value for money .

The hotel gives you a view of Nakuru that makes you fall in love with the beautiful Lake Nakuru period. Everything else about the hotel disappoints you from staff who wont help take the bags to the room and the receptionist who never tell the truth and rude. The signage to the rooms is also missing and you have to... More

The location is good with a panoramic view of lake Nakuru and the town. The rooms are spacious and airy. However we had a bad experience with hot shower system that did not work on our block. Seems maintenance is poor. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. It took an hour running the water as per her advice to try... More
