The rooms are great, but that is as good as it gets. The service is pathetic, you actually have to hunt for the waiters to serve you, the food is bland, in general it feels like a waste of space. And AVOID the pool area unless you have been vaccinated against tetanus, especially the kiddie section, havent seen that level... More

its a nice place, nice environment, great view of nakuru both during the day and night.lovely rooms, very spacious and worth the cost. unfortunately their food is pathetic..don't eat there and the staff takes too long to respond to room-service or any queries so it would be better if you came with your food and drinks from outside. In my opinion the staff is... Very clean, very spacious and very friendly staff, secure environment. We enjoyed our one night stay and we look forward to staying there again and again. A slight improvement on the breakfast part would help you do better.

location is good, i don't mind driving up the hill. Rooms at a first glance are large without attention to details. my toilet seat was broken, leaky sink, my friends room had a terrible smell from the bathroom, the water heater takes forever, you get a double room with a single glass a non functional kettle (seriously - its a... Visited with friends following good reviews. Location is very good and the pool was nice, if a touch cold and very noisy due to very loud rap music being played all day. Changing facilities and washrooms reasonably clean too. Service and food were less good. My vegetarian friend ordered pasta carbonara, but received spagetti bolognese as they'd run out of... More

Capital Hill was amazing. The view, location, and overall appearance was beautiful. We have loads of photos as it was just such a beautiful hotel. The welcome was special, as were the rooms and staff. We just found the evening staff on duty not to be very enthusiastic. We tried ordering a meal one evening, and everything we wanted was... More

This hotel has the most beautiful views of Nakuru and indeed the lake. Glorious. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive - and I have to say Faith, Ann and Martin made us feel right at home and were accommodating with all of our requests. Food was good, especially the steaks, and plentiful - breakfast encompassed fruits, coffee, pancakes and... More

I stayed in J block which is built on the edges of the hotel and offers an excellent view of Lake Nakuru. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. one room is sufficient for a family of four. The staff are courteous and supportive. It is difficult to locate but value for money .
