The Punda Milias Camp is a really nice place to stay in Nakuru. Denny (the owner) is pretty awesome. We actually just booked a dorm tent but he upgraded us to a twin tent just because it was free. It's nice made and the price is good. The only thing you have to hold in mind is that it's 3... More

Excellent campsite now being run by an American and his Kenyan wife. It's owned by a guy from New Zealand, so they understand what travellers want. The cabins are really comfortable and worth upgrading to if you can. The campsite is huge, so ask for a tour. The bar is excellent as well.

I stayed there with a group of 6 and we had such an amazing weekend! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. They did a great job giving freedom to the guests, but also spending time with us and getting to know us. We had a fun night at the campfire and spent the day relaxing by the pool. It is... More

The staff were very friendly and the manager were very welcome and attentive. The facilities are basic, but clean and nice. The communal bathrooms are good and the grounds are beautiful. The food was good and they were accommodating for meal times. It is a bit far from the main road and on bumpy roads, but if that's not an... More

This was a stop during a 5 month overlanding trip from Cairo to Cape Town. The Facilities were a welcome oasis. The Decor is hip and simple, the showers and restrooms lovely (open aired individual stalls), and bar cozy and stocked. Perfect as a base for going on Safaris at Lake Nakuru

A little off the main road, this place was a fantastic and memorable way to start our family trip to Kenya; homy and welcoming, flexible and friendly. I enjoyed the evening stars, sounds, birds and fire camp. The staff was warm and hospitable. The small pool is just enough for a refreshing dip. If you love to be surrounded by... More

Spent a weekend in Punda Milias during a worktrip. I had a great time here, despite the mediocre weather. Owner came to pick me from the highway (which makes the place accessible for those coming by public transport e.g. from Nairobi). I was upgraded from an ordinary tent to a safari tent, to ensure my comfort despite the rain, all... More

The tent was set for 2 with beddings intact. Since the they thought it would be cold, they set for us 6 blankets!. The tent was placed in... More
