I was here in December 2014 around Christmas time.If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax away from the usual hustle and bustle in the cities,in an all natural environment, this is the place for you.The workers there were very helpful. When I arrived, there had been a mix up in reservation but Queen and Evelyn sorted it out very fast... Punda Milia is right on the border of the Soysambu conservancy and a close drive to Nakuru National Park. It has a wide range of accommodations to fit any budget from camping to a beautiful luxury cottage. The area is larger than we expected and the grounds are well kept with a safari style garden and solar lights. The swimming... More

Punda milia is Swahili for Zebra. And after searching around, this place sounded like it could use a visit. A short drive from Nakuru, be on the lookout for the signs (as neither Garmin nor Google maps seemed to have the place mapped out at the time of writing) Arrived there late evening for our camping experience and were welcomed... This campsite is one of the most cost effective places to run away to so as to escape the hustle of the city since its very poised. The food, drinks, pool is definitely amazing, the staff and management were congenial. The outdoor shower really took my breath away,However the dogs at the restaurant kept on hanging around as we were having our dinner,i would have... Punda Millias camp was a very nice experience. The atmosphere was super and very relaxing. Gardens and landscape was perfect. Bandas offered a nice experience for my family and was unbelievably comfortable. The staff and management were superb, hospitable and very accomodating to our group. Thumbs up to Danny, Queen and the entire staff.

The location and views at this campsite are very nice, as pointed out by other reviewers. It's definitely cost effective (we stayed in the bush tent camp). The best part, I thought, was the outdoor showers. Absolutely splendid. The main and biggest complaint I have with the place are the cats in the restaurant. I am a fan of dogs,... More

Punda Milias is awesome! Beautiful gardens, nice camping ground, well stocked bar, amazing breakfasts, gorgeous swimming pool and friendly staff. Danny and Queen, the managers, were extremely hospitable and made sure we and all the guests were really well looked after. We arrived at the road end via matutu from Nakuru so were very grateful for a lift from Danny from there... More

A lovely campsite with very friendly staff! The managers were not only helpful but really made us feel at home. Because there would be a party on Saturday and we have a two-year old, the manager proposed to stay a bit further out at the bush camp. Really fantastic, privacy, and an almost private fire place, people that would start... More

When we arrived here, the place was so pretty that we honestly thought we wouldn't be able to afford it. We were very pleasantly surprised when we discovered that it was the same price as budget accommodation everywhere else we'd stayed! The camp and grounds are gorgeous, with lots of greenery, a pool and a very nice bar and restaurant.... More
