The staff is outstanding, and make every effort to make your stay comfortable. However, could not get our flush repaired, or Hot water in the shower for three days. The best suite is on the first floor, on the road. Lorry and traffic noise levels are so high, it is difficult to sleep

The location is quite noisy and could do with better noise insulation.The rooms were very dusty and the bathrooms are filthy!The staff were helpful though. The junior suite was noisy all night due kitchen extractor fan which sounded like a jet engine.
