We stayed here overnight last night whilst visiting relatives in the area and cannot praise it enough. Hotel is immaculate and we both slept very soundly. Room was large (room 218) and very well soundproofed. Requests for extra towels and tea and coffee were granted immediately and plentifully. We dined at the Brewers Fayre next door in the evening and... More

This is an older style Premier Inn so the restaurant is nearby and easy to walk to. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Ideal for Bicester Village and stops on longer journeys as it is close ot M40.

The hotel itself is new, the rooms massive and clean. Couple of points, 1. TVs too small for room. 2. Please provide more sugar, 2 sachets of white and brown really isnt enough. 3. Internet speed is atrocious, I swear dialup would be faster. Less than 0.5 mb is rubbish, we dont live in the third world. 4. Brewers Fayre... More

We stayed here when visiting Bicester Village, ideal location as 5 minute walk across the road. A few minutes drive into the center of the village too. Lots of parking. Few issues though - you can only check in by machine which means you have no personal service what so ever. We had also requested a cot in our room... More

The room was a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Well set out and catered for, staff were so friendly and helpful, however don't eat at the Brewers fayre next door if you're in hurry, we waited 45mins for evening meal and 35 mins for breakfast, I got my money back for the breakfast, it made us late... All the staff at this Premier Inn were excellent. It's a new hotel but our bed was very creaky. Apart from that, the room and hotel were what you'd expect. However, the service and quality of the food at the attached pub next door were terrible. The staff seemed to be doing their best, but were ultimately clueless. Night 1... More

This is a brand new hotel on the outskirts of Bicester. The room was the usual Premier Inn standard. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the room does get very stuffy since the windows don't open and there isn't any air conditioning. We had breakfast next door which again was the high Premier Inn standard. We...
