“Not worth the money”

Stayed here for one night, its not worth the money. Resort is poorly maintained., bad service, deserted , bad hygiene , the room did have a lock, the bathroom was stinking , the restaurant was even worse. Location is great ! but thumbs down to the resort.

We do not have a record of this guest. In fact we did not have anyone stay only one night during November. We have been at least 80% full since October and could not be described as 'deserted'. We are sorry that you experienced problems during your stay with housekeeping and maintenance. I (the owner) have been away and sadly this resulted in a drop in standards.
