My friend and I needed a nice stop-over for one night whilst we attended a party in the area. Well, we couldn't have chosen better! The Lion Hotel was just gorgeous. Our twin room was just perfect with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, comfortable beds and a lovely hot shower. Breakfast the following morning was splendid! We started with... More

Spent 3 nights at the Lion, Broseley, Shropshire, whilst researching my family tree in this area. We were made very welcome by Margaret and Barry with a comfortable bed and homemade meals. Would recommend this inn to anyone.

Recently stayed at the Lion hotel in Broseley. What a lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Barry and Margaret are brilliant and make your stay extra special. Whenever people ask us where they might stay in Broseley ... we point them towards the Lion. The rooms are very nice indeed and Barry and his wife Margaret realy go out of their way to make people feel welcome and comfortable. They can also cater for partys and functions such as (for my wifes 40th) murder mystery evenings and... More
