I came here from for a conference with a group of about 100 other people mostly from the United States. I give the hotel highest marks in every category but must air one single grievance: I resent having to pay a surcharge for internet access at a luxury hotel, and especially in this case since the understanding is that the stay is all-inclusive. I've stayed at 2-star motels that provide free internet. There is no excuse for not including free wi-fi in an all-inclusive resort, especially one that caters to professionals. As for everything else, I can give only highest praise. The rooms were spacious, quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous, friendly and omnipresent. At no point during my four-day stay did I have to hunt for someone to answer a question or to help me out. Every encounter I had with the staff was pleasant and non-confrontational.
