We stayed at this B&B on our way to Cornwall. The accomodation was first class. The Quality of the room was fantastic. The room was so clean that it looked as if we were the first people to stay in it. Everything looked brand new and it was very modern. The breakfast was excellent with good quality food, we also had our dinner there the evening we arrived, and that was also very good (if a little pricey).
The B&B was £60 a night which was very good value. However all this was spoilt because of the unfriendly couple running the place. When we arrived the man who opened the door to us was not welcoming, the same man ( i think he was the owner) served us at breakfast, but did not ask us if everything was OK, if we wanted any more toast, had we enjoyed our stay..nothing! When I asked at dinner time if the sausages were from Somerset the lady owner said "Of Course" and looked down her nose at me. Again nobody asked if everything was OK.
