12 of us stayed here for 3 nights, we didn't make use of the Golfing facilities. The staff were absolutely excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The food both at breakfast and evening meals were also very good. Good all round friendly atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Rooms were basic but clean and warm.

Once again, Trethorne came up trumps for our society. 21 golfers enjoyed a great day for a very competitive rate which included an excellent 2-course dinner plus coffee and also quality engraved prizes. We will be back next year.

Food excellent, Dinner wide ranging menue and great quantity--all at reasonable prices, Bar drinks at pub prices. Breakfast ranged from bacon sarnie to full English via omelettes etc.Great flexibility in meal times. Rooms slightly tired but quiet, clean and comfortable. Some rooms quite away from clubhouse/restaurant.
