There is no such thing as 'perfect' - that is until you arrive at Beechgrove Bed and Breakfast in Launceston. Jane and Richard are the perfect hosts and will bend over backwards to ensure that your stay is perfect. This is not just a small room in a B&B, it's an entire suite comprising huge bedroom, small sitting room, large... More

We stayed for one night during our cycle ride from Lands End to John O Groats and this was our favourite B&B of the entire trip. The accommodation is superb, so much more than your average B&B and all the finishing touches are there without going over the top. Janes breakfast was truly amazing, I only wish we had been... More

We loved our three days at this wonderful B & B! Jane and Richard were lovely hosts and Jane's cooking is fabulous. The living space is an attic apartment, very comfortable and spacious, with views towards the hills. Breakfasts are thoughtfully prepared and delicious and we highly recommend you order Jane's home cooked dinner at least once. The food is... More

This is a great B&B, Jane and Richard are excellent hosts, I couldn't have felt more welcome. The breakfasts were great. The accommodation is of a very high standard. There is a great park with leisure centre and pool very nearby.

Our six-day stay at Beechgrove was every bit as perfect as those experienced by previous reviewers. Jane and Richard are very genuine, warm and lovely hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked up the pretty path to their home. The accommodation was even better than we had imagined – the large master bedroom, single bedroom, small... More

As you follow the little signs to the B&B entrance you may wonder where they are taking you but wow what a delight. As soon as we arrived and met Jane we wanted to move in forever. A truly lovely host who goes that extra mile to ensure your stay is just perfect. For us, walking from Lands End to... More

We had a lovely time at Beechgrove - the owners are very friendly but not intrusive, and happy to help you with anything you might need. The food was abundant and absolutely delicious, and the hot crossed buns for Easter Saturday breakfast were very much appreciated! One of our group was vegetarian, and they could not have been more accomodating... More

We stayed at the Beechgrove Bed and Breakfast for two nights (wished we stayed longer). We went with my sister, our three year old son and our baby. We wanted to get away and spend some time together as a family. We were greeted by Richard and Jane upon our arrival and were taken upstairs to our apartment, which was... More
