The place is horrible. They put us in the room with dirty towels, broken lamps (with no bulbs), giant dead cocroach in the bathroom and the toilet that had not been flushed after the last use - absolutely disgusting!!! This is a finest guesthouse in Mui Ne. Very friendly receptionist gave me a lot of information. You can stay Family room under $30, and rent a bike under $7 per day. Clean room but little bit old, nice pool.

The beach is in the backyard. Nien Nho Resort is close to PoGo Bar and restaurants, but still quiet. My room is on the second floor with balcony which is above the swimming pool and the see. Unfortunately there was no hot shower the day after we checked-in. So we moved to another one.

Paid only USD20 for 2 double beds "garden bungalow" room :) the room is rather small and averagely clean, the bathroom is huge (wish they would have distribute the room size sensibly).
