I booked a four day stay and in the morning of the second day they told me that I had to leave the room. The reason was that they forgot that that room (my room) had been booked via Internet. Their fault but they suggested me to take a kind of place in the hotel without any window or quit.... more

Was met with water dripping onto the floor in reception area. Very tired looking hotel that looked like Manuel from Faulty Towers could have trained there pre England! This is a mostly Spanish speaking area & hotel in the middle of nowhere, very close to the beach we were half board unfortunately NO DRINKS with dinner although it is advertised as wine & water on table you have to buy them.
