We stayed there recently on a trip to Munich. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff were quite friendly. I read some reviews saying the floors were dirty etc but this was not the case for me . Everything was immaculate and the Hotel Restaurant was AMAZING ! cons: No air conditioning so in summer it is sweltering... More

Worst hotel I've been to in Germany. Very small stinky room, unfriendly service and ugly interior. You can tell they haven't renovated this rooms for ages. And the bathroom is the size telephone booth. Nothing to write home about. Hope I will never gat back here

Stayed here one night. Checkin: Quick, standard, friendly Checkout: Quick, all fine. Location: In a village close to Munich. Only by car or bus (not really...) But: Close to Munich Exhibition area. Rooms: Disappointment. Outdated and worn. 70s style. Spa: Closed Restaurant: Ok, nice food, but nothing special. Overall: The hotel needs a renovation, espec. the rooms. It seems, that... More

We were looking for a nice hotel a bit faraway from Munich, so we could pay a bit less. We are completely satisfied by our choice. People at the desk were nice the environment is friendly and at the same time elegant. TV screen is rather small... No additional pillows and the one they have are too soft for our... More

and not very expensive. It is not quite in Munich; it is in Aschheim, a small village in the vicinity of Munich. It is a good idea for those that have a car, since one can avoid the big traffic jams of Munchen when coming there. On the other hand, there is no U-Bahn/S-Bahn station nearby. As for the hotel... Large room, free bottle of water, good food. Altough food is decent, there a good italian across the street. (2 mins walk). Suggest booking a taxi the night before to ensure no waiting in the morning.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and was not overly impressed, the staff all tried very hard but these days it is not acceptable to have customer facing staff that don't speak English plus a couple of English language TV channels. The hotel reception and meetings rooms are fine but the bedrooms are very old, an ancient TV... More

The hotel is "classical" or in other words a bit outdated, nevertheless the room I stayed in was ok. The services offered are kind of strange; the day we visited was their "Ruhetag" so no kitchen / restaurant open. Not a real issue but what was strange that despite the closed bar there were drinks served in the lobby but... More

Stayed two nights in this quite old, but recently renovated hotel. On the plus side: + Restaurant/bar with a very traditional decor and style. + Comfortable beds. + Kind and helpfull staff Drawbacks: - No free internet - Very remote location, you´ll have to take the Bus to the Tram. If you have a car, stay here. For the same... More

After booking this hotel based on strong recommendations from colleagues in Munich - I expected a decent hotel. I was horrified at the poor service. The hotel is unattractive and dated. The rooms are tiny and feel dirty although it is clean. I asked for hot water for my tea and was told that the kettle was broken. Yet, for... More
